I ordered this vacuum a few weeks ago and the on/off button would stick and you could not turn it on and off. I sent the first one back, received the same one as a replacement now the on/off button is stuck in the on position. At first I thought it may just be something not right with the first one I ordered, however, this seems to be the case with all of them made at the same time. I ordered these in the past and did not have a problem until now. I think the seller should be aware of this and not sell anymore until this issue is worked out with these vacuum cleaners. They are not cheap and I did not expect to have such an inconvenience with this particular model machine. I am very disappointed.

I will start by saying:We have used a few varieties of the 'wind tunnels'. You know, the type with the plastic container that has some sort of filter etc. Overall, those types work. They're "modern" looking etcBUT They ALWAYS clog. We have a lab/shepherd mix, three cats and five people. We vacuum a lot.I finally started examining why the wind tunnel types (at least the cheap ones) clog.The dirt comes through the bottom, and goes through a bend and then up and around and down and through to the container.If even one small bit gets stuck in the bend, everything else clogs.AND you don't even realize it's clogged until you have to pull it apart and unclog it.By then, I have dust and hair everywhere and all over me.So, when i realized this I set about finding a vacuum that is not constructed like that.And I hit upon the search term:Industrial vacuum cleaner and from there, made my way to this vacuum.This picks up quite well. I notice that there is a more consistent brush to carpet groom. As I pull the vacuum back, I am seeing that it doesnt leave anything behind and picks up just about everything.
