Using with Plantronics C052, sound quality is good, have noticed no difference between use with PC (using this device), or when wired directly to the Cisco CP-8861

We recently went to a Voice-over-IP solution at our company while using a Softphone on our PCs. The bluetooth headsets were giving us a lot of problems and we found that USB headsets worked better. This adapter allows us to use a USB headset and convert it with an existing analog wireless headset that would intercept the handset signal from a desk phone. So the computer thinks it's using a wired USB headset, but it's really connected to an independent wireless headset system that was once for a desk phone. The product works great for what we needed to do with it. Some of the time there may be a low level amount of static either on the speaker or microphone but it's not that noticeable and doesn't happen on every call. The product is affordable enough to try out to see if it works with the solution you may be thinking of. ** I was also able to use it with a regular telephone handset so if you have users that are not into adopting newer tech, this might be a good workaround for them.

I am now able to use my plantronics headset with my computer - works great for all my zoom (online) meetings

This adapter works perfectly with my Plantronics CS510 wireless headset base station. The price was good too.

This worked fine - easy to attach to headphone and other end plugs right into USB
