Says unflavored. Flavor is listed in ingredients. Is it a strong flavor or mildlike mint, hopefully not peppermint?

More of a medium mint flavor. Not overly strong because things like that blister my gums. I like it better than most.

Can I brush my teeth with this toothpaste everyday?

Yes. I have been brushing daily with a Sensodyne toothpaste for decades. I thought this one did better with gums than it did with sensitivity.
