Broke after 3 mows. Only lasted a month. *update! CSM Scott took care of it. Very pleased!
Did great for the first and second mow. Didn’t make it through the third. I’ve contacted the company to see about warranty. *update! I was contacted by Scott right away and had replacement quick! Excellent customer service!

Good Quality

However, if you prioritize a precise fit and optimal performance, especially for heavy-duty use, you might consider sticking with the original John Deere GX20072 belt. This belt is a little loose on the mower deck.

Feeling of frustration.
I bought this belt for my John Deere X500 with the 48 in cut and I've been running the original belt for a whole lot of years and finally it was time to replace it because it was starting to look pretty tattered. I bought this OEM replacement and there are not words enough describe how ticked I am. A mower deck belt should last over 5 years easily this replacement belt LASTED NOT EVEN 5 MONTHS before it broke. So now I have to start over with removing my mower deck and getting a new belt on. UDATE: gave 5 star, Scott was awsome. He sent me a new replacement at no cost. Great customer service!

Good belt
Very good belt. Fits perfectly. Customer service is very good after they shipped it they emailed me directly to let me know it was on the way and if I had any problems with it they gave me a contact number and said they would be more than happy to help.

Not happy!
This belt fit perfect but quality is terrible I used this belt for 6 or 7 cuts and not only broke but shredded. Last belt lasted 9 years. This one not even 2 months.Update: I'm giving 4 stars because the custome service is EXCELLENT!! They offered to send me a replacement or get a full refund.
