Absolutely. It explodes the myth that all British food is bland. The heat is reminiscent of horseradish but is derived purely from mustard seeds, which are part of the same family as hoseradish - brassicaceae - of which wasabi is also a member . Only a small smear of this iconic mustard is needed. It provides a great compliment to ham, sausages, pork chops, cheese.

Q: Does it taste like a good brown mustard?

This mustard has a strong mustard flavor, but not like a spicy brown mustard. I think it is much better than a brown mustard. If you're a mustard fan, then you should give this a try. One of my favorites. Also check out Amora Fine and Forte mustard.
