Awesome product
I ordered the 180" version since that was the maximum size I could fit in my home (it's height is very close to 8 feet height ceilings).Product arrived earlier than it was mentioned on the webpage. The only hiccup was FedEx: the sender added some extra letters to the address and FedEx was too dumb to figure out how to bring the package home, after 10 phone calls with FedEx customer service and explaining to them that the address is correct (I wish I could review FedEx - I'd give them 1 star). The sender could have been more careful here as well, but this is the product review not the sender.Anyway, I picked the package myself - it was well packaged and no damage to the parts happened during shipping. There is a sticker on the package mentioning to not accept if there are obvious marks of break/tear. Unpacking was easy and instructions were good. There are some slightly confusing parts in the instructions: for instance, they mention to fit some parts at certain distances, but the drawing is not up to scale and it makes you wonder if you should respect the distance or the drawing. In this case I went with the distance since they probably reuse the same drawing for different sizes and they save costs this way. Also note some distances are mentioned in metric, which I really liked but some of you might dislike (easy to convert on google).Mounting was easy - I managed to do it myself by following the instructions (despite the suggestion to have 2 people). I've read other customers managed to tear the screen so I was very careful with that part - don't expect mounting it in a few minutes; took me some good hours to have it ready. In the instructions they mention to unfold the screen on a surface then place it in the frame - I suggest you unfold it directly on the frame, so you don't need an extra person for that: the screen is wrapped around a carton cylinder. For this big screen, the frame is quite sturdy, but not perfect, even with the reinforcement bars. Don't expect to move the screen like you would a piece of wood! So be careful when you move it or place it on the wall as it seemed to try to twist/bent at connections- mine seemed to be especially vulnerable midway the longest side.No missing pieces - they even give you some extra screws/springs just in case. The frame is coated with some kind of velvet-like black material which feels very nice and also protects the screen (some of the glued parts came off during transportation but they stick back on easily, so there is not a big deal there).Frame is made from some sort of treated aluminum: the parts are sturdy but they are also a bit flexible. The screen is made of a type vinyl material and the springs stress it nicely. Note, however, that the vinyl material has its specific smell: so if you are worried about VOCs, I'd suggest you leave the screen unfolded for a couple of days - the smell seems to slowly fade away.Bottom line, this screen looks like a professional cinema screen and it's been a dream come true for me.

Fantastic screen and top-tier customer service
The screen looks amazing — crisp image quality, solid construction, and it transformed our home theater setup. Installation was straightforward, and the results exceeded expectations.I did run into a small issue during install, but customer service was phenomenal. They responded quickly, resolved everything without hassle, and made the whole process stress-free. That kind of support really sets a company apart.Highly recommend — both the product and the company behind it.

Great value, tabs on this model much nice than other models springs, great picture (1080P)
This is my second Elite screen, first one purchased 2013. I recently purchased the 120" version, I had the 100" previously. My 100" was in as good a shape as when I put it up 7 years ago. The 120" screen has the same quality and great picture as the 100". The design of this is the still the same, push in tabs which hold much better than the spring versions (model # specific). Also the 120" has a center support bar which the 100" did not. Mounting was with the same brackets and leveling is really the only challenge. Picture is really good with a 1080P signal or greater. The value this screen provides really has no comparison.

Arrived damage. Updated.
Received the screen today and no shipping damage whatsoever, but once I got the screen out from the tube I notice a dent on the back and upon inspecting it the opposite side, I notice the screen part was also damaged. I will update the review accordingly if the Elite Screen support team is able to solve the issue.**Update** moving to 1 star.Contacted Elite Screen support and they want to deny my warranty claim citing I was supposed to halt the assembly of the screen once I noticed the damage. They claim this notice is on the label but is not accurate per the attached picture of the label. It clearly reads to report the damage immediately which I did, but do not see anything about stopping the installation or the warranty will be voided. Very disappointed in their business practices. I recommend avoiding Elite Screens altogether.

Good enough, I guess
Somehow, it looked better on my wall than this screen. The screen has a sort of oily(?) look. When thrown on my wall the picture is untarnished and crystal clear while also being a bit brighter. My screen would also be installed upside down for all I know. It’s very easy to assemble… just FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS!!! do NOT try to hang this yourself, and if you do, WEAR THE GLOVES! I didn’t have anyone to help and the screen kept slipping out of my hands with the gloves on so I took them off. Now I have skin oil spots where my skin came I. Contact with the screen and they light up like stain under black light. Very hard to clean out. Also, the screen has little white fuzzies all over it and when I tried to lightly brush them off with a microfiber towel the fuzzies just seemed to mash into the structure of the screen. Overall it’s ok. It does enhance contrast, my hc3800 still looks great on it, just not quite as good as my wall for some reason.

Awesome Screen
I purchased this screen to go with my UST projector. I previously used a motorized, non-tensioned screen which did not work too well the projector. The waves were driving me crazy. The Elite scren was easy to assemble and hang. It's lightweight, so I was able to install it alone. The instructions were very detailed and easy to follow, except for a step to install parts that did not exist such as grommets. The screen was packed very well and arrived undamaged. Awesome screen.

Great screen!
The media could not be loaded. This ALR screen is the best. Yes a little expensive but compared to AWOLs screen or others its about half the price. Cheapest name brand ALR CLR 3 screen out there. A little stressful setting it up as the screen material is said to scratch easily. It survived unscathed.
