This is a great little oven. I'm not sure about the air-fry feature as I have never used one before...it works, but it burned my wings a little, so I don't know if that's correct. It gets really hot and performs its oven and toaster functions very well. Toaster function performs really perfectly. Now, that said, after about 3 or so months I realized the timer was not working. In 10 days, I had a new one sitting on my porch. That's today, but I did not know they were sending it as I was waiting for B&D's CSR to let me know the procedure. I assume they'll want the old one back but haven't even opened it yet and maybe the instructions are in the box! :-). Anyway - great customer service!

I loved this toaster oven so much that I just bought a second model. It does a great job of toasting many slices of bread. There's capacity to heat up three slices of pizza or a whole pot pie in there. There are great shelf height options to adjust for whatever you're cooking. I went nearly an entire summer without heating up the oven because this did the job. Here's the thing... Does it air fry beautifully? Yes. Chicken tenders, fries, tater tots? Delish. However, the oil from the air frying drips all over the heating elements. Oy! What this means is that - at some point in your toaster oven's future - the bottom elements stop working and you only get half-toasted toast. I'm clearly happy with it (because I bought another) but, if you'd like to avoid buying another toaster oven (like me), use something else (not this) as an air fryer. Your wallet will thank you.

My review won't be complete because I haven't yet used the air fryer. However, the oven itself gets oodles of use and even took the place of our defunct toaster. It's a great go-to when heating up something small so we don't have to turn on the oven or use a microwave that can't toast or crisp. I really like it and take it with us when we travel in our RV. It's a nice little appliance we've found to be reliable and it works very well.

I have not used each of the functions yet. But, it does toast quickly and nicely. And the air fryer works well too. Seems like nice quality that will hold up. Perfect size for what we needed. Priced very well. As a bonus, most of the accessories for our previous oven (different brand) fit perfectly in this oven. I would recommend this product to others.UPDATE 7-Jun-2025This oven has been holding up great. I’ve used some of the other features and they are great too. Would buy again.

I ordered a different B&D oven after much research and was initially disappointed to receive this one as I had no idea what to expect with this amazing countertop oven and there wasn't much on "tube." I decided to give it a chance and was amazed at the improvement in my flax-almond-coconut flour breads! So much more like bread I used to buy at the store! Only problem was freezing them, as they rose so high and took up lots of room! I then made zucchini fritters and sticks in my air fryer. OmGosh, LOVE! Be aware that baking is a better idea for kale chips and other lightweight chips than air frying due to weightlessness causing chips to fly around. I was not expecting much from the REHEAT feature but it turned my homemade tasting leftover sandwiches into restaurant tasting sandwiches! (Better!) I noticed that feature at my sister's (1900 mi away) when we heated up veggie burgers in her $$$ air fryer. I never expected the same with mine, but here it is! For those complaining about temperatures etc, weather and other factors may cause you to have to play around with oven temps and times. Just keep an eye on it; IMO it's so worth it.

I had this last 2 or 3 years, I loved it and used it everyday it was very useful, even I was cooking frozen salmon withinn20 minutes, meanwhile the same things takes 40 minutes in the oven .My complaint here is about Amazon Delivery, when I ordered it the delivery was bad, the merchandise wasn’t in its original box, and dented, I returned it. The first one I bought it was from Macy’s.The toaster itself it is very good, I loved itI can say 5 stars .

It's freed up counter space by eliminating other appliances, looks great ,and so far works great. Haven't used all the applications yet so I can't say how each one works but so far it bakes ,air frys, and boils and reheats ( my pizza ) wonderfully. Can't wait to try baking a whole 12 " pizza in this oven. All in all so ? GREAT ! On these settings alone I would highly recommend this item. And did I mention it's a great space saver that looks fantastic ?
