It’s sturdy and well-made, which gives me confidence during use. Whether I’m using it for fitness routines or just to improve my balance and coordination, it feels secure and stable underfoot. The grip on the surface is excellent, ensuring safety even when I’m pushing my limits. What I appreciate most is how this balance board adds a fun and challenging element to my workouts. It’s versatile enough for a range of exercises and skill levels, making it suitable for everyone in my family.Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase. It’s a great value for money, especially considering the quality and the quick delivery. Excellent wobble board!
We got this as a Christmas gift for our 3.5 year old to help her with her balance. She is in gymnastics and she does her "tricks" on this board to help with her balance beam stability. Its tough. Its lightweight and easy to carry. Its big enough to adjust your feet several inches apart, and low enough to the ground that if you do feel unsteady, its easy to step off of. You won't have to worry about it flipping up when you step off and its not a leap to step over. It feels strong even when I stand on it, and I'm plus sized. I feel like this will last a really long time. I will say that the nubbies on top part are a little too pointy for my daughter to stand on barefoot, but its easily fixed by putting socks on her. Personally I dont think they're uncomfortable at all. Really looking forward to see her balance get better, and I may even use with while doing the dishes.

Takes some practice.
This is a good tool to improve balance. For older persons, like myself, start with it by using the wall for a brace so you don't fall and hurt yourself.

Fun, Large-size Balance Trainer
I've wanted one of these forever and finally bit the bullet and got one. What I like about this one is that the deck is 16" in diameter. That's enough room to change position and vary your stance.I love the bumps! I like to use it barefooted and the bumps leave my feet feeling tingly afterward. It's irresistable to play on. It calls to me several times a day. I use it for balance exercises, but it's also great to plank on. I can plank for longer because keeping my balance takes some of the focus away from planking. If you have a standing desk, it would be great to make your standing times more active.I also like to put a towel on it and use it as a meditation seat. It's just the perfect height and makes it more comfortable to sit with my legs crossed. All in all, I love this thing. I love that I can use it for more than one thing. It's fun to play on. It's made sturdy. There's no sharp edges or loose screws. Its put together very nicely. It's a nice swimming pool blue, which was what first caught my attention. It's just as stable (and non-slip) on my tile as it is on the carpet.Oh, speaking of carpet... if you are not confident in your balance, start on the carpet with the back of a chair nearby to help you stabilize, then gradually let go for longer and longer. Don't give up! You can use the back of the chair to steady yourself for as long as you need so that you feel safe. Your confidence will grow as your balance improves.

Don’t have to worry about it shooting out from under you
I used one of these years ago at a physical therapist’s office after my knee surgery. I didn’t get to fully rehab my knee then (lost my insurance), and have had issues related to lack of strength in certain muscles since. Decided it was finally time to start doing something about it.Reasons: I love this particular board, aside from price:• It’s wide enough for a comfortable/natural stance (I’m 5’5, with a women’s size 9 shoe), with room to spare• The rubber grip on the top surface is effective, but not uncomfortable, even if I’m in socks or barefoot, instead of wearing shoes• it has a full 360° range of motion, instead of only rocking back & forth (or side-to-side), which means you’re able to work more muscles in regards to keeping your balance• MOST IMPORTANTLY: the dome/bottom of this board isn’t one of those slick ones that cause the board to shoot out from under you—a problem with several other boards, if you read reviews. You can sometimes put those boards on yoga mats or silicone grip mats to reduce that risk, which not everyone thinks of, but that has been totally unnecessary, with this board, as the bottom has the same grippy surface as the top. (For the record, I use this mainly on hard/laminate flooring, but have also used it on a (very) low-pile area rug with zero issues)

slip-proof footing, excellent value
This is a sturdy, non-slippery, simple balance exerciser. It's a simple design, nicely made, and sturdy. The handles are more useful than I expected, especially if I want to do planks using this as a wobble support. I like this balance disk because my feet don't slip off with out without footwear. It helps to stretch and strengthen tendons and muscles in the feet, ankles and legs. It is an excellent tool to improve one's balance, and help train the mind to prevent falls when the standing surface shifts.
