USB Splitter, ELECTOP 2 Ports USB A Hub, Dual Female Y Charging Splitter Cord Support iOS & Android System Data Sync & Charging

Due to limited amount of USB ports on my lap top I purchased this to have 2 thumb drives go into one USB port. It does its job. I can read/write from any drive on my lap top to each drive plugged into the cable as well as have the devices on the cable talk to each other. The cable works with all my 1.0 and 2.0 usb drives. It charges anything plugged in that the lap top supports. Cable is short enough to allow ease of use close to the laptop. Cable is sturdy and I expect it to serve for along while before contacts wear out.

I bought this to fix an issue where my “smart” power bank was turning itself off after 30 seconds if the load it was only drawing a very small current ( small device). I was planning to connect a tiny usb red light on one end to draw some current to fool the smart power bank. However, it now works even without connecting anything to the second usb cable.

Bought this to split the single USB connection in my car. Unit is VERY bulky so it was hard to "hide" it in the car tray. My biggest reason for purchasing it was I wanted to be able to use my iPod and still charge my phone or something else. The iPod would charge, but wouldn't transmit to the car.Doesn't work for me.

The perfect cable, in my opinion, would be a little more malleable than this splitter is. That said, there's a fair bit of cable running through this, so I'm not horribly offended.I've only used it to plug in two keyboards to one device, and it's done that great so far. Nothing else to add.

This is just what I need to connect my wireless devices to my power conditioner for clean power charging.

Works great and is very durable. Transfer rate is great too.

I had high hopes for this splitter, having mentioned it works for carplay and Android auto in the advertising. The sad part is that no matter what I tried, our cars do not recognize iPhones plugged into it to use with Carplay. It works perfectly fine with Android Auto, but I need it to work with both. It's useless to me unless I can plug in both cables and plug whichever phone I want at any time. It's going back simply because it doesn't work.

Works great to split 1 USB port into 2 for moving my mouse & keyboard up to my desk for a better signal. Highly recommend.
