Diaper fit is more about the size of your waist, hips and thighs than it is weight. Use the sizing information under “About This Item” as a guide. Use the measurement of your hips or waist, whichever is bigger. If you’re in-between sizes, I suggest using the next size up. The large size that I buy says that it’s for 48”-59”. I’m 6’ tall and 220 pounds. My hips and waist are both 48” and the large size is a good fit for me. Start by buying a small quantity to try until you’re sure of the size you need. Every diaper brand is a little different and every person’s shape is a little different.

What's the difference between super overnight (67501) and Super, maximum absorbency beside one cost more? they look the same.

The maximum absorbency is designed to be a little bit more absorbent overall. The overnight's are a bit more designed for the way the human body sleeps. They're actually designed for overnight use. The differences are rather minor in my experience.

Does it hold more then 4 cups?

The manufacturer classified this product as Overnight, but did not provide the exact absorbency level. Sorry
