Great product for Filipino cooking, including sinigang and bistek.

As an Asian, I know what real calamansi tastes like. These taste like the real calamansi. However, I did not like that they were in pouches, not in bottles. Upside is they did not break in transit. I think I just have to transfer them to a bottle.

It also makes a great Sprite replacement. Just add some calamansi extract to some to sparkling water with a bit of a good-quality sweetener, like a simple syrup made with Sucanat. Would also be good for no-bake cheesecakes. Tasty lemon-lime flavor.

It has the real smell and flavor. It’s very convenient for drinking and cooking. Love it.

I shake the pouch and add a bit, maybe 1/2 an ounce, to my water everyday. It gives it a nice citrus flavor. A nice refreshing drink additive. I’m a fan!

Bought this because of its purported health value, and it's delicious! Some people drink water with a splash of lemon juice in the morning for health, this tastes better and I would also drink it just instead of lemonade as a refreshing summer drink. I diluted it very strongly, my husband tried it barely diluted, mine tasted a lot better but the package says "to taste" so just see how you like it best. The container is convenient for dosing and, once open, to store the remainder in the fridge.

It leaves a bitter taste in the mouth which gives me the impression that it’s not fresh with that adulterated aftertaste in your palate. Very much like that highly processed off-the-shelf supermarket drinks.

My favorite drink in Singapore is Calamansi (usually called lime juice on menus) Like lemonade but worlds better. Didn’t think I’d ever enjoy it it again until I found this product on Amazon. This juice is delicious. Mix in a little simple syrup and seltzer and you will be so happy.
