Light-weight, compact, international 220 VAC--> 110 VAC power converter
Just got back from 2 weeks in France, and this power converter worked just fine in all of the hotels we stayed. If you are only traveling to one country (or multiple countries that share the same plug type), then you can cut down on the packing volume and just take the plug adapter you need rather than all five. The converter comes with a soft pouch with drawstring that takes up little space.If the manufacturer is looking for an easy improvement that might help novice international travelers, it would be nice to label each of the five adapters with their letter type and/or popular countries that they are compatible with (e.g. Type C or E for France and the EU, Type G for the UK, etc.)

Super handy, have used it at home and abroad.
This has been a really good setup for my husband and I traveling. Have used it in the US as well in UK and Iceland. It’s fantastic to have the 3 USB & one USB-C ports as well as 2 outlets. Do note - it does not work with your hair dryer. I did try it - does not work well. In fairness - it does just say hair straightener/curling iron. Worked great for our phones/watches/ipads/laptops.

Worked for USA to Argentina hair straightener (needed adapter)
I’m from the USA and I bought this to be able to use my hair straightener in Argentina.It’s important to note that I needed to purchase a separate outlet adapter to use this device. It worked pretty good, although it took much longer than normal for my straightener to heat up. However, it never reached the 400° I set my hair straightener temperature to.My hair straightener handle started to feel hot, so I stopped waiting for it to reach full temperature and rushed to straighten my hair at 370° instead. Even though it didn’t allow my hair straighter to reach full capacity, meaning I had to make more passes on my hair which took longer, the device helped get the job done!!

No issues in France and Italy
So far this has worked well and as expected. We used it in France and Italy. It has gotten 2 weeks of use without issue. We only use it for the items that are not dual voltage, so it is not constantly in use. The plugs work well. I have not had a problem with the square shape as I thought I might bc the plugs stick out from the wall slightly, so the square plug doesn't need to fit into the round European holes. The cord length is short but ok. We were using it only as needed and the location of the plug didn't affect us. If you need to be far from the wall, you may have a problem if whatever you plug into it also has a short cord length. I haven't noticed a noise problem. I plugged it up normally in states and didn't notice a noise either. We are using it for small voltage items, and it works fine. I don't what would happen if we plugged in several energy hogs all at once.The adapter selection was great. We have only used two so far, but they work as expected. The unit is small in size and doesn't take up a lot of space in the suitcase or on the floor. The carry bag is great to keep the unit and adapters together. Overall, after 2 weeks and minimal use, it is fine. Hopefully it will continue to last without issue!

comes with a felt carrying case
It's quiet and good quality. I like that it has a Type C port and USB ports. I especially like that it comes with a felt carrying case, so I don't lose the plugs. I've gone through a few of these in the past because I lost plugs during travel, and the plugs poke through plastic bags.

Working great
Working very well as we make our way thru Ireland. That fact that we can charge three phones at a time with USB ports is great.

I can't trust it.
i have been very happy with this when traveling around the US for charging my USB devices, and it seemed to have the adapters for most any travel i would do. however; i when to Ireland recently and had unacceptable issues. The UK plug adaptor did not work in over half of the places i went. i would plug it all together and the system would get no power or shut off after about 1 second. when that happened i used a plug adapter my wife had to connect the ALLWEI Travel Voltage Converter and it would always work. so there seemed to be some kind up issue with the plug adapter. i also found that is i had the ALLWEI Travel Voltage Converter turned on and used the American plug for my MacBook charger, the charger would go on and off and not charge my laptop.... i had to use a USB port or another adapter to pug it in directly.there were 2 places in Ireland that use a plug that had three round pins (i guess it is the D type) and the one that came with the ALLWEI Travel Voltage Converter worked. my wife's multi plug adapter block did not have that built is so i don't know if we could have done any charging with out this ALLWEI Travel Voltage Converter. (maybe the EU one would with using just the top two pins??)over all i had been happy with it even with traveling in the US. i like that is has an cord so i am not trying to hang things off of the wall plug, but if i did not have other options when in Ireland it would have been a disaster for me. it seems that maybe just replacing the one UK plug adapter would work, but i wont really feel confident until it is tested more. will i have similar issues in other countries?? i am not sure i can count on it when i travel now. :-(
