From the day it ships it should take anywhere from 7-15 business days. It should cost around $20 just for the shipping

No. It's dense foam that doesn't look like it could ever shed.

Is this the small or large wedge? My chiropractor referred me to this brand, and told me due to my height I need the small wedge.
