Works great !
Works just like the old one . I got it on prime days for a great deal . Be sure to flash it after installation. It’s not a bad job just looks harder than it really is. On the v6 you do not need to take off the exhaust or the mount that goes from the motor to the cradle just unbolt the flex pipe. You will have to pry it down the cradle with a 2x4 leave the front bolts on with a few threads I had to take back ones off. Better than fighting no power steering .

Should have taken a picture before boxing and returning. If their idea of refreshed / refurbished is to spray paint over dirt then we very certainly have a difference of opinion. Electrical connection was rusty, tie rod connections were rusty. This was obviously a salvage yard unit semi cleaned up and stuffed in a box. No way was I spending the time to install this and program it. Ended up spending a few hundred more to get a truly refurbished unit from Oriellys. Worst part is my refund on this junk is going to take 30 days so I’m out the additional money for a month. Hard lesson learned.

The item arrived and was installed by local mechanic. It has worked just fine, even drove car on a 6 hour round trip out of state. Thanks

If you need it, BUY IT.
Once I got around to doing the work (never fun) I approached the use of a refurb rack optimistically. Once I was finish and it worked and ll in-dash warnings were gone without any reprogramming I was ecstatic. I did ForScan the "AS BUILT" file to clear the DTC but did not have to write anything files. The money saved is CRAZY not only by doing the work myself but also buying this one vs. others available online or from Ford. BUY IT!!!

Works perfectly!
Had the dreaded no power steering in my 2011 Fusion. This rebuilt power steering rack was exactly the right fix. After installation I reflashed the new part to my car's as built data, using Forscan, and all works as it should.
