Stop scrolling and just get them, your nips will thank you
Wish I found these months ago! My nipples weren't cracked but were just sensitive and annoyed, especially rubbing against my bra all day, and nursing/pumping bras all seem to have seams that hit right at the nipple. Even the absorbent nipple pads that go in your bra to catch leakage are were scratchy. These are so soft and cooling even without being in the fridge, I was even able to just wear a shirt with no bra to bed last night for the first time in weeks because they actually stick to you! It's kind of like that consistency of those stick on strapless bras, which is why they don't last forever and the oils and stuff on your skin wear them out. Bc of that i see why a previous review said they dont last 72 hours like the box says..maybe they COULD but sweaty nursing boobs in a hot bra all day are not ideal conditions. I'm at 24 hours now and they seem to be losing their stick a bit but still going. I wish there was more longevity to them so maybe I'll save them for really bad days but if I could I'd wear them all the time!will be buying more of these for sure!

So relieving, but expensive
These gel pads are so nice for when you are getting used to pumping or breastfeeding. But you can't use them for long so are fairly expensive

Soothing indeed
Very useful for sore nipples in the early postpartum days. A bit pricey but the best product I’ve used to help with damage (mild damage, eg bruising) caused by a bad latch.

Store in Fridge
A lifesaver the first few weeks with baby! Brought to the hospital. Store them in the fridge for extra cooling

Lifesaver but quality has declined over years
These are lifesavers in the early weeks of nursing. The quality does seem to have declined though. They used to last for a week before (and they say they last about 72 hours) but this time they barely lasted 1-2 days max.

Extremely helpful
I’m a second time mom who exclusively breast fed both. These are a life saver for sore nips. My go tos are these, the Frida mom sore nips kit, and the silverette nursing cups. I like these the most because they are mess free and not super obvious that you’re wearing them!

Instant relief
These provide instant pain relief during those beginning weeks of breastfeeding. I highly recommend if you’re hurting/sensitive/sore from nursing!

Lifesaver for exclusive pumping
New mom here, been exclusively pumping since my little one wouldn’t latch. It’s been 11 months and I don’t know how I would have managed without these. I still have occasional cracking and bleeding of the nipples and I’ve adjusted all aspects of my pump so I assume it’s just the strain of pumping itself. It’s inconsistent and happens randomly every few weeks so I always have a pack of these on hand just in case. They let my abrasion heal and prevent the scabs from coming off or rubbing on my clothes. Definitely could not recommend more! Best tool to help on this journey
