It actually does what it says.
Very surprised to find this toothpaste really does help with gum health. I know mine aren't in the greatest condition but I've seen a big improvement since using it. An electric toothbrush is the better choice for me, as you don't really taste the toothpaste; it's not the nicest flavour. No denying the quality of Oral -B products and to find a toothpaste that does what it says is worth every penny.

best toothpaste I've ever bought. Having knocked my two front teeth out over thirty years ago I've always been very careful to care for them knowing that they may cause me problems further down the road. I had noticed that over the last few years my gums had started receding which was becoming quite noticeable to me on my front teeth. However I have been using this for the last year or so and even my dentist has noticed a difference and asked me what I've been doing differently! My gums appear much healthier and are now fully covering my front teeth again.
