Truly love this faucet but what makes it that much better has been the outstanding customer service received. Unfortuantley we ran into some minor issues with the faucet but each time we reached out the response was immediate and always helpful . It’s not very often today a companies customer service is something to write about but this company deserves all the recognition!

- I love this faucet. The Quality is excellent, as are the functions and ergonomics. It creates a powerful rinse even with our less than great water pressure. I LOVE this faucet.- Sadly they put the wrong size O-rings in the attached hoses. New O-Rings were cheap but it cost me an hour of my plumbers time changing the install and waiting for me to run out and buy new O-rings. I was not happy. Neither was he.-The new sink is from SinkDepot. It is 33" wide and has a "deck" that you mount the faucet on. Most of the splashes end up on the deck, not on our composite countertop where it would seep in to the cut our for the sink and destroy the countertop. This is not a problem if you have a solid stone or quarts top, but for cheap countertops it is a big problem. This sink is a dual mount, so when we can afford granit countertops we can under-mount it. I LOVE THIS SINK! It was only $360 from the factory. More with Home Depot.

I use Kraus with all of my remodeling! They have never failed me!!

I read the reviews on this faucet and thought I was making a great stylish purchase to match my bronze kitchen sink.I only had it for about 4 months and the sprayer started to malfunction and the pot filler would no longer turn on.Only the sprayer was working. I notified Kraus customer support and they asked for the batch number and a picture of my faucet so they could send the replacement part. It took a couple of weeks but I received the part and replaced it myself and it worked fine for 10 months. Then it stopped working again. The pot filler no longer would turn and then the sprayer stopped working too. Now no water will come out of the faucet I notified Krauss and I didn't receive a response.I tracked down my original contact person from the first time it stopped working and they replied that it was purchased from a third-party supplier and I would have to contact them.The only support number provided by Amazon is the Kraus support number. I looked up the Krauss warranty and it's supposed to have a lifetime warranty. I guess 1 1/2 years from date of purchase must be a lifetime to Kraus!I will never buy another product from them. I have been using this item for a while and it is amazing and built strong. The only issue I have is, when using the spray I have to hold the button. Therefore, I cannot wash my dishes with the spray head if I am soaping my dishes. Secondly, I purchased it second hand as I did not want to pay $400. The item was missing parts so I ordered it through the manufacturer. Amazon was kind enough to reimburse me the cost of the missing parts.

We purchased the 1st Gen in black/stainless two-tone. I thought the sprayer would pull out, but it does not. The hose the sprayer is on stops at the spring. This means I can't get the sprayer down into the sink easily because the faucet is so tall. I love everything about this faucet except that.Installation was fairly straightforward, hand tighten the main ring under the sink and then two screws tighten it the rest of the way.This thing is built like a tank and is absolutely beautiful. I wish I could give a long-term review, but we've only had it installed about a week and will be returning since the sprayer doesn't pull out.

So this is sort of a 5 star but 3 star review:5 star: initial purchase this faucet looks awesome and contractor had no problems on install2 star: after little less than two years the magnet part chipped away at the spray handle and the faucet needs parts to repair it to function correctly again3 star: the manufacturer is about to send me the parts just for cost of shipping. But I have to install all parts.So all of this adds up to 3 stars because it is a beautiful faucet but just developed issues that was supported by the manufacturer.
