I bought this product trying to find something that will help with my nerves due to neuropathy. I have numbness and shooting electrical shocks sent through my legs. I’m still testing how this product works and if it will help.However I can undoubtably say my sleep is deeper and longer. I’ve never really had problems with sleep, except I couldn’t sleep beyond 6am, even after going to bed after midnight. Since taking this product I now sleep until 9am sometimes 9:30am. I’m amazed. And I sleep deeper and harder. Enjoying every minute of it.I’ll write another review once I test for at least 30-60 days how it’s helping my neuropathy.I promised I’d be back for a review at a later date.This is very important. Every person is different. I started to take these supplements and didn’t take them every night as my sleep patterns were okay. However lately I’ve been feeling moody, quiet and a little low in spirits… unmotivated. Isolating. I finally figured out why. Magnesium helps your nervous system and your neurotransmitters.
