Pros:- Washes really well, we were skeptical because it is not one of the popular brands but works great- Almost 4 days of usage now, impressed with the quality of the machine, will write a review in a month- Washed cooker, kadhai really well - of course, if the vessel is too soiled it doesn't clean fully (but expect the same with any other dishwasher)- No need to clean the vessels before putting in the dishwasher but remove any leftovers before stacking it in else the filter will get clogged- Good support, the installation was done the next day- Whatsapp support available for any issues- I havent' used Bosch or other brands, but this is atleast equivalent in terms of quality (but time will tell) - so far it is great!- Bosch machines are not available and this is a great alternative- Clean, dry utensils, without depending on the bai :)- In my area, water is soft so did not matter much but check out in your area before buying, may cause issuesCons:- Received with a dent but the engineer who came for installation fixed it (and dent literally disappeared), please check before installation and try to get it fixed before returning- Installation folks don't get a starter pack with wash tablets or detergent, so order it or get it separately if you want to immediately start usingOther:- Great service by Mr. Venkatesh in the Kharadi Pune area

Writing this review after 3 patient years of struggling with this product. It developed major issues within 6 months of delivery, Took a month for Faber service to take it outside to a place and get it repaired. When it came back, the item was not assembled properly and the sidepanels won't fit properly and shake. Complained many times but not fixed. Over the next 2+ years it had multiple issues such as water leak, no proper cleaning, half-stop during wash cycle, panel rusting etc. We use branded finish dishwasher salt, rinse aid and detergents with regular cleanup of the filters as per the maintenance instructions given. All these issues despite that.About a month ago, it started leaking from below and service service centre never bothered with calls or complaints. Especially the service centre in Chennai OMR is pathetic.One of WORST service centers you can find. We have a complaint for Dishwasher running for over 15 days without a single visit from any technician despite regular follow up thru all the official channels they instruct us to contact. I have tried every official channel like reaching out in the Faber Whatsapp, Customer Care, this specific service outlet service representatives, managers, technician. Everyday they will give you the answer that technician will come today and repeat that for two weeks until you give up. I contacted even the technician for days in a row, everyday he will say that he is coming today, make you wait all day and do not even bother about the customer. Zero Customer focus.The Quality of the Faber dishwasher is a pathetic to say the least. The product developed all kinds of problems within 3 years including leaking from the bottom. I have decided to throw it away and replace it with a brand that values customer experience. Lesson learnt to NOT buy any Faber product here after.Based on our experience of the product quality and service , Will never recommend this to anyone.

I using this product for 2-3 months now. It has a very good price tag compared to others in the market.. it gives 2 racks, the top racks for spoons and the middle rack for small utensils, a medium size vessels can also be kept. The down rack is for heavily soiled utensils. I use automatic mode for daily use and on Sundays alone, I use intensive mode which cleans superb. This machine cleans better than maid.. the two drawback with this machine are,1) the fans quality are not that good compared to voltas.2) It gives a lot of noice compared to other dishwashers.Others than these two the dishwasher is perfect for indian dishes, I don't use eco mode as it does not clean good. Auto mode is the best mode for regular use. It consumed less water and less energy. The dishes are super clean. I would recommend this to a family of 3-4 members.. I am for stars for the quality of fans.

I usually go with my instincts when purchasing electronics and I am seldom wrong. I went ahead and purchased faber and my wife says she is relieved as it's easy to use and and does the job efficiently. The dishes are spotless and odor free. I must say that it looks beautiful too. Though it took a nearly a month for them to send a technician to install it, I and my wife are happy with this product. I would say better than Bosch, Siemens and IFB

Service and installation &demonstration is very satisfactory. Rated full mark.But it is not possible operate and use, hence it is requested to take it back. The amount may deposited to my Amazon account.
