JH Williams WS-1168RCF Reversible Flex-Head Ratchets
Functional, well-made tool. Flex joint is snug, not floppy, has a decent-quality allen-headed pin at articulation point. Pawls work smoothly and have relatively high numbers of teeth. Direction-reversing lever enables removal from tight spots with insufficient clearance to perform a return-swing once your fastener is tight and enables direction change without repositioning in hard-to-reach spots. Sizing markings are clearly indicated on handles. Ratcheting head is a little bulky, typical of wrenches this design.

Made in Taiwan
While I try to search out USA made products, I actually have nothing against tools made in Taiwan, or anywhere else, when done right. But, I'm very disappointed Williams is producing things overseas, not making that apparent in the listing, and then continuing to charge a premium as if it were USA made. I didn't end up using these, so I could return them, but I am sure the quality is fine. As a generalization, tools made in Taiwan are above average, if not excellent, and a nice middle ground price wise. The problem here is that there are other options from other American, family owned companies, who produce great tools overseas and charge a lot less.

The overall quality and operation of this wrench is superb. I would give 5 stars but not crazy about the swivel head myself.

Pretty Solid Wrench
Switch mechanism feels solid although I wouldn't mind it being a bit bigger or longer. Great for fitting into tight spaces.
