Quran: English Translation. Clear, Pure, Easy to Read, in Modern English. Kindle Edition

I needed this for my studies. It's in clear English on par with the Christian Bible's ESV version. As far as the mistakes on Christian"Trinity Doctrine" in Sura 4 and 5 as well as many others, an understanding of Islam is very needed in today's world. Sura 2:191, 8:12, 9:6, 9:29+30 are also great points to consider. As far as being "inspired" the reader should make their own choice, but remember after Mohammad's death, Uthman gathered the Quarn's parts he felt were correct and BURNED the rest. Let the reader make their own thoughts...well worth the read however.

It's a great read and a good translation. My only complaint is that certain "verses" ect. seemed to be over-simplified compared to some other English translations. Kind of reminds me of the "New American Standard" Bibles that are essentially rewordings of prior translations. However it is still a excellent read especially if you've never read the parts of the Quran and are curious about the religion. Personally I do prefer some other tranlations available on the internet.

The Kindle version of this translation of the Quran is a good match with my Kindle Paper White. It's much like watching a classic story portrayed in black-and-white. The modern English translation is relatively easy to read.

It is a.greqt transition, it helps me in my studies of the book, along with my studies of others like th "Book of the dead, Egypt".

I find it to be very interesting and educational so far. I have read only a small part but will read it all and learn from what I read. We hear so much about the Quran but know so little. I decided I would read it myself and make my own evaluation. The news services and the politicians tend to distort everything.

To educate myself with this book helps me understand another religion.

Flowing, clear and coherent, this is perhaps best read as an introduction or first read of the Quran. Very well written

Does as it says. Clearly written. I brought this to compare to the Bible. This book is clearly written for those who want to have an insight into this religion. I will be looking out for the Tanakh in this format.

As a minor Islamic scholar this is a vital tool. One thing is that for certain Muslim factions the true Qur'an can only be in Arabic.
