This headset is fantastic. I work from home and needed a headset to connect to my office landline. This was very easy to install/assemble. It had clear instructions and I put it together in as little as ten minutes. My coworkers have told me the sounds is super clear and it barely picks up background noise. They have told me it’s much clearer than my other coworkers head set (his cost $100 more than this one!). I use the headband and not the earpiece, the headband is very comfortable. The sound is also very clear on my end, I can hear everything perfectly all the time. I never have issues with the battery because I immediately put it back on the charging dock. The longest call I’ve used it for is an hour and it still had an almost full battery. I would highly recommend this head set! I do wish it had a mute button on it though. But if I use the mute button on my handset it works just fine!

Very easy to set up. I use it for WebEx meetings using a USB port. Just change the stings in WebEx to use this as the microphone and speaker and your done. Good sound quality, works great.

I have had this device since January 2021. It has stopped working at least a dozen times and I have to unplug, restart the computer and plug back in to get it working again (or do similar dancing). I also have to - several times a week - fiddle with the audio settings of various apps like Jabber and Teams.I got a new computer a few months back (Lenovo X1 Carbon Gen 9) and it would not work at all. I opened a ticket with EPOS/Sennheiser and after about 10 days, they released a software update to sort it. They blamed MS Updates for the issue.Today, I was prompted to update the EPOS Connect Software and the device Firmware and it stopped working again. September MS patches installed nearly 3 weeks ago on this device so it is unlikely MS Updates are the cause.I reopened the ticket with EPOS but I really don't want to have to wait for another fix or to do this dance every time something updates.If you are looking for a wireless headset for Jabber / Teams / Zoom etc., look at other options. The D 10 is rubbish.Sennheiser should stick to Pro Audio. That seems to be where their strength lies.

I have been looking for a headset that would work with our new softphone system. I work in customer service and we use Cisco for our phones now. My old headset was a plantronics with the lifter. I was able to answer my calls away from my desk. When we switched to the new system I was unable to use that headset and could no longer answer calls away from my desk. So, I did my research and found a few expensive options and then landed here.Set up was easy: put my base together, plugged it in, and it was already connected and ready to use. Took about 20 minutes to charge and I’m answering calls.. at and away from my desk!This came WITH the ear loop and the over the head component.So far so good the calls have been clear and people can hear me just fine. I hope this lasts a long time! Everyone in the office is going to get one now! I’m going to test the range over the next few days and mess with the ringtones, as there are a few options, so far this is the best purchase I have made!The cord is very long if you need to have this plugged in far away from your computer. I’m very happy with this purchase! I will update my review a few months from now to see if it holds up.

This is the model for computer soft phones. The base station plugs into the USB port of your computer which both provides power and connects to your PC as a hardware item.I decided to purchase this because my old plantronics plt battery was only lasting a couple of hours and I often have conference call after conference call from my home office every day. I use it with basic Skype for which I subscribe with a phone number and call plan etc.So, the important things for most buying this:1. range (facilitated with DECT technology) is excellent, I can go make a coffee, answer the door etc. whilst on the phone. An added bonus is that there is a mute button on the headset which was not possible with my old PLT - I often found myself rushing upstairs to go off mute in mid tea making. That issue is now resolved.2. Battery may degrade over time but my initial experience is that this will last a work day. There are 4 bars to display battery status on the base station and I have only got down to 3 after several hours on the phone. When you put it back on the base station, it recharges super fast. Lastly on battery, I was concerned the battery would drain when I turn my computer off overnight or over the weekend and so no power is going to the base station. That does not appear to be the case; I suspect the headset knows this and turns itself off - on a Monday morning on PC boot up, I see 4 bars.3. Sound quality is fine, I don't think any better or worse than my old PLT.4. Comfort: This comes with a head band but sales literature suggests you can also use it with out the head band with a loop around the ear. This is a little misleading and is why I have knocked a star off. If you want to use without the head band you need to purchase a $15 "super loop" accessory which is available on headsetsdotcom but not currently on amazon. That said I am use to the head band now and quite like it, it's just not as tidy on my desk as the PLT.Last point is on the seller. Headsetsdotcom are fantastic and clearly focus on customer service. When I raised the issue around not having to use the head band with them directly on their website via chat, the lady knew exactly what I was talking about and resolved the issue in a mutually conducive way regarding the super loop.Still a big fan of plantronics - just bought some blue tooth exercise ear buds but, these sennheiser came in a little bit cheaper and offer a slightly better proposition in terms of configuration, features etc.So far, they have been a great buy.

I have been looking for a functional DECT headset to hook to my laptop (without all of the DECT charging unit overhead that Leitner and the Sennheiser MPROs have) and this unit is as close as you can get. It works great with Nuance Dragon v15. and I can walk around my house and property while dictating without a problem.

This is an awesome product for communications, clear voice both ways, super lightweight, great battery life. Very well thought product too, very easy to flip around sides, craddle work very nicely. I love it! Oh and really impressed with the range too!

Great value for the price. Works just as well as the more expensive models. Good battery life too.

received few days later real fast ! works perfectly I had to order Sennheiser Lifter due to type of phone I have. The price I paid is worth the article I had verified other companies , this article is really worth it's price . Thankyou Sonya
