Many points to explain.. First, Good product at a reasonable price. Remember it's Plastic, and lightweight. I installed this RV Shower/Diverter faucet today. When I first examined it last night; I saw 'Why' it's reported to make a loud buzzing (noise) when in Shower mode. The components are lightweight and plastic. Including the faucet diverter Flapper. The diverter, used to change from Spout to Shower-Hose use.. The diverter closer/flapper, Vibrates during use. Hence, the buzzing noise. I bought this faucet to use solely for my RV Shower. "Perfect for an RV Shower." Looks, use, value, color, style, Perfect for an RV Shower.I used a long nose pliers and removed, took out, every faucet component Not needed, for Shower Hose use. Its Only a straight Shower Hose/Faucet now.I Removed the filter, springs, flapper,diverter knob, etc... Now It's just two valves, H/C, for water, and the Shower Hose-connection. Works Perfect. I filled/sealed the front Spout compartment with clear Silicone/Adhesive Sealant. It sealed the (Front) spout outlet. Now all the water Only discharges thru the bottom Shower Hose outlet. I wanted a Shower-Faucet only, with a large bottom outlet water-hose connection. Now it works exactly like I want. Perfect for an attached Shower Hose using bottom connection. Good value and Style. And No longer diverter/flapper Noise-- because I Removed the plastic diverter. I'm happy I made the adjustments. *Took 2 minutes to remove the parts Not needed. Then to FILL the entire Front Spout compartment with Silicone/Adhesive Sealer. Works great as a Shower Faucet only. Should last several years.As a RV-Shower Faucet, it's a good 5 Stars.

This is an acceptable faucet for the price - if it worked. Of course, the only way to find out is after you go to all the trouble of replacing your old faucet, installing the new one and then end up having to take the new one off and reinstall the old one because the new one doesn't work. I don't like wasting my time.As soon as I'd installed the new faucet and turned it on to test it, it worked fine. Not much can go wrong at that point. But as soon as I attempted to pull the lever to test the shower, a horrible, loud buzzing (for lack of a more fitting term) noise came from the faucet - and the water did not stop coming out of the faucet. I can't imagine why. A bathtub faucet isn't rocket science. I'd like to exchange this in hopes that it's just a defective one, but I'm not willing to take the chance. I don't want to have to look for something else because this is the only one like I've been looking for.

This faucet assembly was a perfect fit for replacing my cracked original in my travel trailer. Installation took less than 15 minutes. Tip #1: When you install the new faucet, firmly hand-tighten the faucet retaining nuts and water connections. You risk cracking things if you use a wrench or pliers. Tip #2: See the photo.

This faucet was super easy to install and looks good. However, as many reviews have noted, it squeals to the point of insanity. I was intially impressed that a DuraBrand rep texted me about my thoughts on the product. I spent several hours across several days of contact fulfilling multiple requests and attempts to determine the reason for and try to eliminate the obnoxious squealing. When nothing worked and I asked the rep what else could be done, the rep discontinued the conversation. Hummmm....So, while I know the price is awesome, its honestly not worth it and NOTHING cures the squealing. The internal components of the faucet are not of sufficient quality to ensure the faucet performs as intended. Durabrand used to be one of the best suppliers for RV faucets (that's all I've used in the past), but no more. This will be the last Durabrand for me.

Install and it had a high pitch squeal for about a month. After that stopped (why I don't know). After the first month, when choosing "shower", the water started leaking a little water from the spout/faucet, but most of the water was coming through the shower head. So a little annoyance, but at least the squealing stopped. After that second month the leak from the spout just got worse. From then on the leak just gets worse and worse. It is now to the point where it's about half and half. Half coming out of the spout and having coming out of the shower. I would never buy this product again. Yes, it is easy to install but I rather have something harder to install that works than have this faucet.

I installed this in my motorhome and couldn't be happier. The old faucet had a leaky diverter which allowed as much water to come out of the faucet as the shower. Plus it looked like junk, old yellowed plastic. The install was super easy, helped by the fact that Phoenix Cruiser put a big panel in an easily accessible location. It took about 10 minutes and the new faucet looks awesome. Not even a drop comes out the faucet when I use the diverter. I wish there had been a bit of teflon tape included in the box, that's my only quibble.

Our old tub faucet in our 5th wheel would leak anytime we put water into the tank. After scouring the local RV stores for one (they had them but were expensive), I found this one on Amazon. Install was easy. I just removed the old one by unscrewing the hot/cold pipes and then replaced with this one and the device has worked flawlessly since. It is a nice looking faucet (for an RV) and comes with everything you need to replace the old one. The pictures don't show it but it comes male ends coming out behind the faucet handles in the back.

This valve is as good as OEM cost me $15.00 and free shipping with our Prime membership. No plumbing changes, unscrewed valve and supply lines and installed new valve and screwed on retainer nuts and supply line, took me about 10 minutes.

East peasy install: turn off the water, and drain the remaining water from the old faucet, by opening both hot and cold, as it's the lowest water tap in the trailer, likely. Unscrew or remove the access panel hiding the water lines, wrap a towel around the lines one at a time, make a note of hot and cold, and unscrew them. Maybe tie a shoelace to them so they don't fall down into the cavity out of reach, and unscrew the large plastic nuts that hold the old one in place. Pop it out, clean the surface of the wall, and slip the new one in. Tighten the new retaining nuts, then put the water lines back on, all hand tight: Don't use pliers or you may overtighten them, and crack the plastic, causing a significant leak harder to repair. Fire up the water, and test for leaks. Should be good to go.Enjoy your New faucet!

This unit squeals when it's diverting flow to the shower. Possibly because the system n the seasonal park we have our trailer parked in is lower pressure, but the squealing is quite annoying.

This faucet emits a loud squeal when diverting the flow to the shower head. Very annoying.

Good Quality (Plastic though, as are most RV faucets). Easy to install, came with new seals,Maybe turns on a little too easily, since my wife knocked it when storing things in the bath for travelling and wet a few items.

Comes with everything you need. Perfect replacement for the original. Fits and look good. Delivery was a little slow
