I just purchased a second one after having one for two years. The first one lasted a long time but I ripped it by accident a few days ago and needed a new one. I love this thing (and so does my wife) it stopped me from snoring. I also notice that if I sleep without it, I tend to drop my jaw a bit and for some reason push it to the right as I sleep. I used to wake up with neck and jaw pain and a headache. Since this holds my jaw in place that problem is solved. I honestly can't recommend this enough.

Has an odd smell that you can't eliminate after multiple washings. Also, a noted by other reviewer, bulge in back of head makes sleeping on your back uncomfortable. Don't recommend and wish I had purchased another strap instead.

The quality is acceptable, but I can’t seem to get it adjusted right. This is either too big for me or my head is a sideways football.

It's too stretchy and slides off during the night. Try Lip tape Somnfix. wit works much better. see my review there.

Fits nicely, but there is bulge in back of head which is uncomfortable for me sleeping on my back.

This product is not up to par. Seams are coming apart. The amount of force needed to keep my mouth close is poor at best. Right out of package work good. 2 or 3 usage started to decline. I'll some it up p.o.s.
