JBL C50HI, Wired in Ear Headphones with Mic, One Button Multi-Function Remote, Lightweight & Comfortable fit (Black)

I am writing this review after using this product for more than a year. I liked it very much. Sound quality is really really good. It's value for money. Built quality is also top notch. Very much comfortable in the ear. Durable. Once it went inside the washing machine alongwith the pant pocket and I thought it won't be functional at all. But to my surprise, it was working very well. I am fully satisfied with the product.

The aux is bent, which is perfect because I always bend my earphones from there and ruin them. So this one hopefully will not go through the same! Good sound, ofcourse it's JBL! Only downside is that they don't have that little ring type thing that can adjust the speaker and I have to hold the speaker to my face in order to speak. reduced a star for that

Except the microphone area, it does look classy.2. Great comfort and fitting inside the ear - thanks to the good quality plastics which makes it light weight and the soft silicone ear tips.3. Snug fit and excellent noise isolation inside the air.4. Superb sound quality. You get almost similar sound experience offered in C200SI which is priced ₹300 more.5. The Bass is also good and it is same in the other JBL earphones in this segment.6. The 3.5mm L-shaped jack is a nice addition in this range.7. Passive noise cancellation with the built-in mic works as expected.Cons:1. Average quality of the plastic built One-Button Universal Remote button. Unlike C100SI/C150SI/C200SI, the click happens to the whole half of the button instead of a round button.2. Wire quality could have been better, but cannot complain much due to this ultra budget range in which it is offered.3. Gold plated 3.5 mm jack would have been a good addition, since you get this in models starting from JBL C100SI which is just priced ₹100 more.4. In comparison with C200SI, the microphone of C100SI captures a little more noise but also you get a clearer sound along with. C200SI recording feels less noisy but sound is also a bit muffled due to passive noise cancellation.Note:The one which i got delivered first time had a defect - one of the earpiece had less volume compared to the other. Replacement got approved and the new one works great as expected, hence no issues.If you are in a very tight budget, this could be considered, else you can go for JBL C200SI which has the same sound quality but with a better build and a gold plated 3.5 mm jack.Also please pay extra attention during the usage since there is a high chance to get damaged due to the thin wires.

Just about okay, the mic stopped working within few months

I have purchased JBL C50HI, Wired in Ear Headphones with Mic, One ButtonMulti-function Remote, Lightweight & Comfortable fit (Black) |B07JQKQ91F ( B07JQKQ91F )with a lots of trust on the brand JBL. Earlier, many headphones and headsets have stopped working very soon after the purchse. Since there was no warranty, I could not even get anything fixed. Simly thrown them into garbage. Finally I found this with a convenient design, warranty and beyond everything the JBL brand name.Unfortunately exactly after 6 months (on the day 6th month got over) mic stopped working. Now in a months time further (within 7 months) left ear bud is not working.Warranty support is not customer friendly. so far the process itself is not clear.I recommend DON'T GO WITH THIS. If I get my headphone replaced, I'll update again.For now I've raised a chat request that said that it creates a ticket for me. Not sure what the bot has done so far.Don't buy this product.
