Q: Do all the tools lock in?

Only the knife locks. This is about the same size as the wingman and sidekick, either of these have a locking blade and scissors or saw (depending on model) and both have springed pliers (which the REV doesnt have) making the wingman and sidekick a better tool in my opinion.

Q: does this come with a belt holster or carrier

Q: What is the length of the blade?

Roughly 2.5 inches. Very handy EDC tool. Quality 2nd to none.

Q: Does this come with the pocket clip installed

Yes the pocket clip is installed and comes with belt sheath also.
