Q: Can a small waterfall be made by applying only this to a precrafted frame, made of something like styrofoam?

I don’t think so..I tried this on my fountain & it still leaked..

Q: Is this product safe for ponds with fish?

I used this product to seal a leak around my waterfall. I shut off the pump until the product was completely dry. It sealed the leak and my fish are perfectly fine.

Q: Will this bond to plastic?

Yes it will bond to plastics and rubbers
