Ran into a woman over 60 who said she was using this for non menstrual reasons and her neighbor guy said he used it all the time due to the added benefits. So I'm on a 30 day trial to see how well this works. I can't use ibuprofen because of my kidneys, have issues with water retention because of my heart and fatigue due to my Lupus so this is quite helpful for all those issues and my Dr is following, but day 5 and so far I LOVE THIS. Never use anything except for its directed Eason without consulting your doctor first

I'm sure every woman has a preference, and this is mine! I had to purchase the pink super strength type Pamprin when I wasn't able to get this one. It honestly hardly did anything for me. Honestly, this is like magic to me. I've noticed that my cramping has gotten worse (its been check out, not a medical thing) as I have gotten older. Not only do I get them right before and during my time of the month, I get them when I am ovulating. I don't want to sound like a "crybaby", but sometimes I get cramps that feel as if I have been punched. This is excellent for cramps, moods, and terrible headaches I get during that time of the month. I really recommend!
