I use it on everything that swims, even on scallops that don't. Excellent on lobster too. Makes me appear to be a master chef!

GREAT New Orleans Taste, A Little Can Go a LONG way.
Seafood Magic is magic to me. This delightful blend of spices will complement almost any fish or seafood. I've been using Seafood Magic along with Meat Magic and Poultry Magic since the early 90's. They are all marvelous. Poultry Magic is also very tasty on Pork!After discovering the Paul Prudhomme's Magic spices I went to New Orleans for Jazz Fest in '95 and made a point to eat at K-Paul's, the restaurant of Paul Prudhomme. A most memorable meal and I can taste a bit of that in every meal I cook with his Magic Spices.Seafood Magic is great on salmon or steel head trout in particular. Here in New England enjoy Seafood Magic on Cod or Haddock but be careful! on delicate fish like these you can easily overpower the taste of the fish! So for best results a little may go a long way.I do most of my grilling using a 2 Serving George Foreman grill. These spices work great on the GF. I like to very lightly coat my fish filet with mayo before cooking as it helps seal-in the moisture and I think helps the Magic spices integrate with the taste of the food.If you are looking to make blackened fish this isn't your spice! Instead get Blackened Redfish Magic. I'm not a blackened fish fan and it's been years since I used it. It work well back then and no reason to think that's changed.Years of good eating can't be argued with so 5 stars for Seafood Magic!
