Very good!
I bought this for a 1988 Hi-Lo, the escape hatch was old and brittle and fell apart. This one fit the 22x22 hole exactly. The exterior flashing is just slightly smaller than the original, so doesn't use the same screw holes. I used silicone caulk around it and so far so good! It arrived in perfect shape, all parts work as they should!

Good quality
Perfect size to replace my old skylight and arrived on time. The only disappointment is that I expected a translucent frosted lid and its a colored plastic but not a big deal. Great values for the price. Definitely not a high end product but it is a good quality Item for my older unit. Very easy to install.

Roof Esc.
It's not too bad, it is cheap looking as far as quality. And I would of given 4 stars but it doesn't crank open all the way. It will only open a 1/4 of the way. But it was the only one I could find in that size for a decent price.

poor workmanship and design
Received package with large hole where vent crank pushed through boxes. Installation went very well with no issues or leaks. Upon trying to open and close found that hatch wouldn't latch and had to drill new screw holes so that red latch would engage. Found that the 2 screws that attach lid at hinge were not fully screwed in, not allowing hatch cover to fully open. I previously replaced original hatch with Heng's 14x17 escape hatch and after 1 yr. hatch cover warped and sagged.Update: Attempted to modify lid hinge but after removing 2 screws found that hinge would not slide off as designed. I'm stuck with an escape hatch that won't fully open.

Complete Garbage!
Wasn't impressed with the build in the first place. Seal foam was sloppily placed on the lid and the whole thing feels flimsy. Had to install it as the one it was replacing was gone. I've had this one installed for about 8 months and I've only cranked open opened vent lid a few times. Had it open today and then the wind picked up. As I was trying to crank it closed the whole crank mechanism fell apart. Of course they design it so that you can't get take the crank and shaft out to possibly fix it, leaving you only one choice, to buy a new one. NEVER AGAIN! Don't waste your money!

No other choices
I have a 97 S&S camper that the escape vent was breaking. Learned they no longer make the 22" size so you have no other option than to buy this 21'ish vent from this company. Yes they have the market. Had to frame in to fit the new size, came with 12 less screws than needed, seems kinda flimsy. As for price, again no other choices. Time will tell. Very disappointing there is no competition.
