Adds nothing to a dish
I am a big fan of Hungarian flavorings, use the Eros Pista, the Piros Arany and Paprika regularly, this product will not find a permanent place in my kitchen. Besides adding a little bit of color, it has no flavor to add to a dish. Sorry, really wanted to like it, but it's getting a total thumbs down. Waste of space in my fridge. Tossed it.

Ich hab diese Paste auch erst später entdeckt. Bei meiner ersten Bestellung habe ich meinen Vorrat an "Starker Stefan" wieder aufgefüllt. Beim zweiten mal dachte ich "die probierst Du auch mal". Diese Paste ist im Gegensatz zum Starken Stefan wesentlich milder, aber immer noch stärker als z.B. Sambal Oelek. Aber sie schmeckt wirklich ausgesprochen gut. Nicht einfach nur eine scharfe Masse in rot, nein, sie schmeckt schön würzig.

Tomatenmark ist Allergie-bedingt (Histamin) nicht mehr für jeden geeignet. Die Alternative lautet: Paprikamark. Und das ist keine Notlösung oder ein magerer Ersatz, sondern eine tolle Bereicherung unserer Küche. Ob bei einem Rindergulasch oder einem roten Salat-Dressing: die süße Anna gibt eine ganz neue, kräftige Würzrichtung. Gehört inzwischen zum festen Bestandteil unsere Küche!
