I'm not easily pleased, but this Bluetooth ear piece is brilliant. As soon as I had paired it up to my phone (A Google Pixel 7pro) As long as you leave your Bluetooth setting ON on the phone, I slide up the power button; it says "powered on" then fairly quickly says connected, I've never had an ear piece that connects like this one with No fuss. P.S. the sound can appear slightly distorted, this was in my case was because I did not have the ear bud 100% in place correctly as I was not used to using one for a while. Do I recommend ? of course I do, love it

For many years I was using wired mono earphones. The last was quite alright and I had no plans to replace it but.... a misfortune happened - it was sucked into a vacuum cleaner at the car wash. I even ordered another mono earphone but after that I discovered that now I can buy a Bluetooth headset on the latest processor and for only £10 !!! I would possibly be more sceptical if it would cost £30 or more but for a tenner? You can't be wrong for a tenner! Plus it had plenty of very honest reviews. So I give it a go! I don't want to be a salesman... no! Now I only want to share my extremely positive experience!!! The sound quality is perfect, battery lasts almost forever, it is super comfortable and has 3!! different sizes caps included, it has a box + some other spare parts. Connection with a mobile phone is instant! And.... (I think this is the most important part) - everyone is telling me that now they can hear me better than before (this is a proper surprise because I was sure that it would not be possible for a wireless thing to beat my old fashioned wired earphone)!

I have no option to contact a seller so seller, please get back to me. This product would be fantastic as great sound, reception and battery life, but it has a major flow - it sends a horrible, striking and loud noise into your ear when the battery is low <I believe it is about low battery but cannot be sure> It happened before, but I did not have it in my ear, just heard some loud noise, so ignored it. Today, I jumped up and took it away so quickly from my ear during the meeting so everyone asked whether I was OK. Colleagues heard some feedback noise but nothing like myself. Moreover, I still feel discomfort in my ear after few hours since it happened. I have been using it since April 21, and love it but I need to report it to make sure something is done like upgrade or product replacement if it is faulty. Unfortunately, Amazon do not help with contacting a seller after certain period of time.

Love this earpiece as you get a lot for your money. It is lightweight and fits in ear comfortably. Easy to pair. Comes with stylish looking carry case with replacement ear pieces and also has extra headphone piece that you can plug in to listen to music out of both ears. Sound is great for the price!! Only complaint is that when I double press for last number redial this headset also starts playing my music, so can’t use this function. Decided to live with it rather than send it back as I love everything else about it.

Easy to set-up and use. It has quite a long signal reach so you can still answer calls if you go somewhere else in the house or out into the garden etc and forget to take your phone. The battery life is also good, it lasts for a couple of days or so depending on usage, and charging doesn't take too long.
