I tried Miscela D'Oro coffee at a Sedona coffee shop.. it was close to the best coffee i had. Based on that i ordered this blend from the same roaster... While the crema was excellent... The espresso itself tasted quite bitter... I tried different grind sizes, tamping pressure , extraction times and temperature... I couldn't shake off the bitterness. The roast date was in Dec'24... So reasonable... Not sure if it was the luck of the draw with this batch..

My husband loves this coffee. Comes quickly. Needs to be ground. But keeps it fresh.

Absolutely great crema but has a touch of sour flavor which I am not crazy about, might be related to something I still need to adjust tho..will see
