These are made of all Foam and you still need good original crutch pads in place.
I need more support on the arm areas, but these are very soft and easy to install.

Game changer!
Regular crutches were chaffing my underarm area and bruising my hands. Found these and wow! So soft and comfortable. Like clouds under the arms.

Armpit pads where great. Hand grips, questionable.
I spent 5 weeks using the armpit pads on crutches, they were great. Little to no pain for me. The hand grips provided a small amount of added padding, but not that great. Not sure how one can eliminate direct wrist pressure with crutches. Maybe a thicker, non-skid gel filled hand grip.
