Ok so this is my 3rd order last purchase was last month I had a 4x now I’m in a 3x a bit tight but that’s what I want started off in a 5x in January I see such a huge difference clothes fit better especially my shirts I wear waist beads and as of today they are hanging so low this is by far my favorite trainer I also see comments about it not being suitable for short people I’m 5’2 and don’t have no problem with it I do have a special way of putting mines on but I wear my trainer everyday for 8 hours key is to be consistent u can skip a day or 2 but nothing more jump right back into it WATER WATER WATER drink plenty water I see such nice results the fact I went from a 5x and now I’m in the 3x says a lot Im so excited I’m on the 1st row and hopefully by time I’m in the 2x the trainers will be restocked I find it so much better to order the trainers from amazon then the website itself I get my trainer within a few days after I order also i did have problems with it rolling down in the back which annoys me so much I find that putting some sort of cream on your stomach and back area keeps it from sliding or rolling down I use a fat burning cream I really love these trainer and will continue on purchasing until I reach a small with my dedication and consistency I see myself in a small by the end of the year beginning of next year but I’m shooting for the end of the year wish me luck ❤️🙏🏾🧘🏾

Look make sure you measure your waist correctly!! I had to return this item 3 times !! I'm 36 in and a 2x fits ok I think I need to go smaller though. I'm still waiting on a refunded for on and that's been over a month. Yes it's been hell but the waist trainer itself is bomb!!

I admit when I opened it, I was thinking this is a lot of fabric to add under my clothes. I was wondering if I should return it or try it. Well, I tried it, and it is not cumbersome as I thought. As I continue to drop weight, I am certain this will help me. It is comfortable, and I do not feel hot in it. I do not wear it all day yet, but I am working up to it. I wear it for a few hours at a time. One added benefit I was not expecting is that it gives me good back support and makes me sit up straight. I do recommend it to others. Because it is adjustable, you can order up if your midsection is fluffy. :)

Okay so I didn’t go by the sizing guide bc my in are pretty difficult hour glass shape but I am 186 lbs and 5’7 it would say I should get a XL but the goal is to get this waist snatched so I gotta medium the best part is that it has the latches so starting off with the last latch is PERFECT! It doesn’t fold covers my ENTIRE torso ( which is rare) and it’s comfortably doable of discomfort. I have tried two other waist trainers and and a sweat band and this is THE NUMBER 1 pick AND ALL COMBINED !!!!!!!!!!

This product is really great but the stitching can be better, one of the hooks are coming off.

I just received this trainer yesterday but it's alittle too small. I used the chart that was suppose to be the right size but it wasn't for me. I can squeeze into it if I lay down but then my back fat goes up and it looks like I have boobs on my back. I'm 5'4" 177lbs. I'm going to keep it and hopefully as I lose more weight it'll fit better. If you carry most of your weigh in my tummy then order a size up.

I got my waist trainer today and it was really tight I couldn’t zip it up I guess because I’m 7pounds over the weight I’m supposed to be for the waist trainer I’m lose 7pounds and try it back on 👍🏾
