Cute ornament for a decent size family
Very cute ornament especially if you have a big family. Bought this for my wife so we can put our whole family names on it and she loved it. Looks cute well made and it came with a decent marker to write everyone's name on it. If you are looking for a customizable ornament for a big family you cant go wrong with this one.

Adorable and durable!
Purchased this ornament for my niece and her family. Two of her little ones kept pointing to the bears and telling which family member it represents.This ornament will last for years to come. I would definitely purchase more ornaments from this vendor

Pen did not work.
This ornament is so cute and exactly what I was looking for, but I had a very hard time finding anything to write on it with. The pen that was included did not work at all. Almost like it didn't have any ink in it. Maybe I was doing something wrong? Not sure.. I tried Sharpie markers and paint pens all to no avail. Then I found a pen on Amazon for $7 that is for resin ornaments, and it worked wonderfully.

Disappointed with the product, but delivery and customer service get an A+
The bears seemed a little off putting. I'm sure if I had seen this product in person I would have passed by. The pictures were satisfactory but didn't really capture the actual product. A+ on customer service, and quick delivery.

The ornament itself is really cute. The problem is the shine coat they put on it. The marker doesn’t write on it.

Cutest family ornament
My husband really liked our family ornament. It was a little nerve racking trying to write our names nicely with a sharpie since I didn't have the recommended ethyl alcohol but it worked out. This is the cutest design I found after looking at dozens of similar items.

Very Cute!
Was purchased for a gift. They loved it and the marker that came with it was very dark and showed up well. We just wished the felt tip was maybe a bit thinner. They wrote on the bottom spot as well as labeled the hats on the bears. Very cute!!
