Great comfort
Brooks Adrenaline are my go to running shoe. I'm a size 6 and this pair was a little small around d the toe box. I use them for work because I don't want to be uncomfortable when I jog in them. I would buy a 6 &1/2 next time.

So amazing! So much better than ASICS. True to size!
Wow! Just wow. I have now probably ordered and returned close to 20, possibly 30 pairs of running and walking shoes over the past six months. I have plantar fasciitis and neuropathy in my legs and feet from a genetic disease, and the bottoms of my feet have lost nearly all of the muscle leaving me walking directly on bone. I have narrow feet that are different from one another—the left foot has a collapsed arch and the right does not. I’ve been finding shoes will fit one of my feet but not the other. For the first time, these fit exactly right with no excess room in the toe box and they’re not too wide! I typically wear a size 8 in shoes that don’t require socks and an 8.5 narrow or 9 narrow in shoes that run small like Nike and ASICS. I got these in an 8.5 and they are perfect! My feet feel like they’re being hugged and kept safe in a protective little cave. In comparison to my old ASICS which I found terribly ugly but none of my running shoes could match the support, these are much better! With ASICS I had to get a 9 to have the arch fall in the correct place but there was always a lot of extra room in the toe box. These feel like they were made for my feet. Excellent support and cushioning in the heel. I thought initially I didn’t love how they looked when I tried them on last night, but I wore them out on my morning run with my dog this morning and I love them!! When we got home I didn’t want to take them off! Such a major improvement, I can’t begin to express what a difference these shoes have and will make. Took slightly longer to arrive than most things on Amazon but worth the wait! Would absolutely recommend these shoes for runners with problem feet.*edit—after breaking these in I do wish I’d gotten them in a narrow. Will be trying the all black pair in an 8.5 narrow next!

The best shoes for the Runner in your life!
I've always used other brands of sneakers because I was told they were "best for this or that" until I found out about these! As a runner I was having a lot of trouble with my feet hurting after a run, no matter how far I went. (Typically 3-6 miles but even starting out with 1 mile) The arch of my foot and my heel hurt so bad I could hardly put pressure on them when I would get up the next day. Then I bought these shoes and it all changed. From the first time I wore them my feet felt more supported, and the pain diminished completely after a few days. The first few days I was a little sore as the guiderails in the shoes forced my body to run correctly and didn't allow my feet to rotate incorrectly which in turn also made my knees follow suit. I will NEVER own another kind of running shoe. I actually bought a second pair for work due to being on my feet as a Nurse for at least 12 hours at a time. The changes I noticed are phenomenal and I would recommend anyone who runs, is on their feet for long periods of time or just wants an amazing pair of sneakers to get a pair of these. I haven't found a single thing I don't like about them yet and I've had them about 2 months now. I did order a half size up from my normal or old size. I typically wear a 9.5 but I bought a 10 in these and they've fit perfectly. The toe box is roomy but not too much so if you lace your shoes correctly. I seriously can't stress just how much these have changed the way my feet feel after a long day or a good run. Another pro is Brooks guarantee, if for any reason you aren't satisfied all you have to do is contact them and they guarantee to make it right. I haven't had to make this call but a friend of mine did and had excellent results! Seriously just buy a pair for yourself, it wont be a mistake!

Perfect for flat feet!
After 27 years in nursing wearing "cute" and "stylish" memory foam shoes, my feet have finally revolted. At the start of my nursing career, I was at the bedside working 12-hour shifts--sometimes doubles or up to 18/hrs at a time (I was in my 20s). During those times, my feet rarely bothered me so I placed a higher priority on durability--I had a pair of Danskos that lasted for 10 years and when I replaced them, they hurt my feet. I tried a pair of Alegria and had to give them away for the same reason. Then---I tried a pair of soft, super-squishy Skechers and I've been wearing them ever since...until now. My feet began giving me serious trouble 3 years ago and when I the podiatrist learned that I was wearing Skechers, she let out an agonizing cry and shouted, "They are the bane of my existence!" I was diagnosed with arthritis, overpronation, given orthotic inserts and advised to change shoes. I'm 3 years late doing the latter, but boy am I glad! I have never worn Brooks before now and I can truly say that my feet have never felt better. Not only that, but my legs and back feel better. I no longer leave work too tired to take the stairs (DOWN) to get to the garage! It's amazing how a good pair of shoes can make one's entire body feel.Small Cons:I wear a size 9M and still have some concerns that they make my feet look big. That's part of the reason I've chosen to wear the slimmer, lightweight, laceless type sneakers all of these years--but I've come to the point in my life where comfort and practicality is of the utmost importance. Also, the price is somewhat higher than I usually spend for sneakers; however, I met a colleague wearing the Brooks Ghost shoe and she said I got a really good deal on these.

Best shoe for mild pronation/stability for long run /daily training/tempo
Its the perfect shoe for me. Running 70k a week, with slight pronation (not severe) and wanting some slight stability shoe, this shoe ticks all the boxes, including for a plush yet not overly marshmallow ride that ‘sucks in your energy on cushy foot landing but never gives it back to you’. This shoe gives back. Decent road response. Even tho its not touted as a PB or 5k shoe per se, i ran a pb 5k in a solo time trial in them. They are always first choice shoe on a long run cause i never think about footwear whilst wearing them, they disappear such is the ease of Adrenaline 19. The upper is super breathable and comfy. The sole wears VERY well for about 750km my first pair. This is my 3 rd pair now. They are expensive but as if made for me, so there aint much topping that ride :) hope that helped...

Not as happy as with previous Brooks
Although I’m a standard 5 in most shoes, i’ve been getting Brooks GTS in 6.5 for years and think the size has remained consistent. They felt like a dream for the first while, and I feel like they’re the perfect shape in terms of supporting my feet for running. However, unlike my previous Brooks, these have torn the skin at the back of my heels, and after over a week of use, they’re still hurting my ankles. One of my peeves with Brooks is that they all seem to come apart at the heel and toe too quickly, but the plastic parts of these shoes seems to be moulded differently, so i’m *hoping* this won’t happen. BUT, there’s already a relatively large (inch long) frayed material part on the front, medial side of one of the shoes that I can’t account for and seems to already be getting worse. So, pros: very comfy souls, do feel lovely, light and springy for running. Cons: too hard ankle ridge part, shoes still not seeming to be built to last

Great Support
After years of sprains, dislocation, and a break in my right ankle, I found I was repeatedly spraining my ankle by simply walking. These trainers have provided the right amount of support to keep my foot/ankle joint stable while moving around. One down-side is that they are very heavy and I have recently taken up tennis/squash and these are not ideal for quick movements or agility (as running shoes why should they be!). Will be back to an ankle brace and my usual Nike's for these activities. Overall, very good, sturdy structured trainers.

Very comfortable for casual wear.
Some people may find these a little bit too wide but for me they are very comfortable. I like Brooks trainers and normally go up an extra1/2 size compared to other makes (sometimes even an extra whole size) - the extra 1/2 size was perfect for this pair. On arrival I thought they looked too big and clumsy but as soon as I tried them on I loved them. Only used for casual wear therefore cannot comment on running performance/comfort.
