No DVD and no instructions on what you should be included or how to inflate it.
I just received RitFit Balance Ball Trainer!!! I ordered it yesterday. The first thing I noticed upon unpacking it is that it was missing the training dvd as well as any list of components or instructions for inflating. I use a BOSU ball at the gym all the time so while disappointed there was no dvd I already have a workout routine. The second thing I noticed that I am less pleased with are the 6 nonslip "feet" on the solid surface. While these were mentioned in the description they were not visible in any of the product photos. These feet are pretty substantial. they measure an inch and a half in diameter and protrude a half inch in height. My fault for not thoroughly reading all the product details, but how many of us simply rely on pictures. These are an issue for me because I use the solid surface as a balance board for more advanced moves and these are nothing short of a tripping hazard. This seems odd in that their product description actually advertises it to be used on both surfaces. I like the resistance band set up as this makes for a more versatile workout. I haven't inflated it yet, as I had to go online to find instructions, so I can't comment on it's actual performance, but the construction does appear to be solid. In the end I chose this product as it was a less expensive version of a BOSU ball. Time will tell if I made the right choice.

Nice Bosu, but a resistance band broke in < 1 month
The Bosu is nice but a resistance band broke less than 1 month after we bought the Bosu. One of the reasons I chose this one over others was because it included resistance bands, so that was a real bummer. I hate to return the whole thing because a resistance band broke, but I might have to.UPDATE: I contacted the seller about the broken resistance band. They were fantastic to work with and quickly sent me two replacements. I updated by rating from 3 stars to 5 stars.

Great!
Just received this, pumped it up right away and hooked up the resistance bands. I like the concept, I am trying to improve balance. but the ball trainer feels kind of flimsy. Will use for two weeks and update my review.Update: the ball trainer is great. exactly what I need to train during this NY Pause!

Great product for the price
This is actually more durable then i expected. It's fun, low stress, easy and my 2 year old son likes to play on it too.

Good for the price!
The material is sturdy. However, it did not come with the DVD.UPDATE: I am COMPLETELY satisfied with the attention in customer service with this vendor. Not only is the product of top quality, but their support team really takes the time to provide the customer with the proper amount of attention. My product arrived without the workout DVD, but after my review, I immediately received it. Thank you!!!

Great product for the money
And this is why we don’t let the kids open the package. I found the bottom plug with the DVD. It’s pretty cool with the workout chart and the instructions from the DVD it’s outstanding. I used it today for 1 hour and no issues holding air.

Almost great quality, but a bit short of it
The shipping was super fast and the ball part is decent. However it came missing the plug for the bottom but luckily I had another on hand. 4 stars because the resistance of the bands are fairly weak and flimsy. I don't see getting much of an arm or back workout from those guys. Though the ball itself will still give you a core or balance workout. The bands can always be repurchased separately for higher quality ones with more resistance I suppose but it's already close to $100. Just wish the bands were a bit better quality as they can't be adjusted either and if you are short they will be super long.

Wasnt sure if I was going to like it but yay I do!
Well...I was so excited to get this. I am not sure I like it. Quality seems ok. Hope to like it better as time goes on. There are no instructions at all, so you have to guess what to do. Not that it is too difficult to set up, but it would be nice to know a few things about it, like suggested air pressure. Also the pump is very chinky! I find that ridiculous since the ball trainer was not cheap.Update. I do like it! I use it often. Great for balance!
