terrific bag
I bought this in order to fold into my suitcase when travelling, so that I have an extra bag for hiking/cycling while away. It's excellent for that, but in fact I like this bag so much that I end up using it all the time even when not traveling. It's light, flexible, yet surprisingly comfortable despite not having backpadding. Easy to fit lots into it, and the side pockets are tall enough to hold water bottles very securely. It's also super easy to fold. The only thing I miss in this bag is one of those built in rings that can hold your key.

Lightweight and sturdy although not for a child
This backpack rocks for an every day "throw your stuff in and go" option. I love that it folds up so you can travel easily with it. I also like that it has a variety of pockets to organize your things - I don't usually see that many for this type of "fold up" backpack. I bought the grey and I like the color - it is both feminine and masculine so myself and my husband feel comfortable using it. The straps hug your shoulders in comfortable and attractive areas also which is a bonus. I don't carry really heavy items in this pack but it seems like it would be okay if you didn't do it often. I carry my small computer and a few lighter notebooks, a phone and a large wallet and it works great. I haven't been caught in a downpour yet but the 10 minute light drizzle the other day didn't affect the contents. My only gripe is that the zipper will "catch" the material if you are zipping quickly. You really have to take a little care when closing and opening. However, I believe that is just something that is normal for a backpack as light as this one. I don't have a problem with that but I wouldn't buy this backpack for a child as they usually are rough and I can imagine they would often snag the zipper.

Great little bag but NOT waterproof!
Bought this for a trip to Italy as it is small and lightweight and folds down to a tiny size. Ideal for day trips and big enough to take the usual necessities. Only downside is that it is advertised as being waterproof and it isn't, more like water resistant but in a downpour your stuff will get wet. That said it is a great little knapsack and well worth the money.

Excellent
Excellent . Have had one before, same make but now at end of life. Light, roomy and comfortable.

Good as extra backpack
It's nice and small easily to pack but not very sturdy and the zipper keeps getting stuck in the material

Perfect for travelling
We have bought a few of these bags now. They are really lightweight, so even when filled right up, they don’t feel bulky. The straps are padded for comfort and it has a chest clip with a whistle attached. The multiple pockets make it perfect for paving for a short trip and we used them as a family of four, travelling around Europe, so they were accepted on flights as our hand luggage. They are rain proof and easy to wash. The first one we bought is over 10 years old now and still going and the latest ones were for our kids to use, so hopefully we will get the same lifespan out of them.Well worth the purchase price.

Fell apart after 5 uses
I brought this mid February in readiness to take on a cruise that I’ve just now returned from. I loved the design and that it’s lightweight, lots of pockets and is foldable to carry. I have used it 5 times on port days of my cruise, it’s only been carrying a lightweight waterproof, some gloves, a hat, water bottle, purse, passport, room key, travel size sun screen. Any purchases made whilst out which were light weight T-shirts, no where near occupying the 30l capacity. The carry hook has come away and the one strap has started to come away, it’s like not quite enough material has been stitched and also the inside separator section is coming undone too. It’s a real shame as I loved the design of this bag and how it carried, was easy to get on and off, it’s just not made well unless I’ve been unlucky with a faulty one, just be aware if you’re purchasing this, inspect the seems carefully when you get it something I didn’t do and I’m past my return point.

What a great idea!
This bag has really surprised me with how good it is.Great quality material with strong zips which show no sign of the teeth bending out at any point, rendering any of the pockets useless like even a lot of well known name brand products do. It feels very light on the back and comfortable straps make it a pleasure to wear and carry unlike some I've unfortunately had in the past. It feels very tough and I have no doubt it would hold up to thorns etc if using it out hiking for the day. It is also the most waterproof bag I've ever had. The thickness of the material and the waterproofing is amazing considering how light it is.The number of pockets quite amazed me and my partner as the rucksack seems to have a pocket for everything you could possibly need, including a laptop, drinks, a big pocket where you could put food for a day out or carry books for college/university etc, as well as many other pockets (hopefully you can see in the photos). It has 2 bottle holders, one on each side and 4 compartments (one front, one laptop sized and one large one with a big pocket inside that one). Plenty for whatever you could need to carry in my opinion.I also find it great that when not in use, it can be folded down so small (see picture, about 9 by 5 inches, 1 inch deep). This is a great feature and I will personally be using it to take everything I need to work with me, as well as picnics etc because once it's empty, you won't have to wonder around with an empty rucksack in your hand. You could perhaps even fit it in a large coat pocket once folded up.I believe this bag will last a long time with everyday use and as I will be using it everyday myself, I will update this review in several months time to let everyone know how it's doing but for now I really do recommend this bag to others, I'm impressed and it shows how much other brands overcharge considering the quality of this rucksack.I hope this review has been helpful. Thanks.
