Eskimo P1 Rocket Propane Auger

I've had this thing for a year now and it hasn't worked well ever since I've had it. It took forever to cut through ice because it came with dull blades, and when I tuned the motor it cut barely better. While testing it out this year for the first time with sharpened blades the air filter housing broke off. I immediately sent the problem to Eskimo and they sent me new blades and a new air filter housing for free. Fast forward a couple months when I get the chance to use it again, it's cutting slightly better but still not great. That had sufficed for the time being, as I only needed to cut through 9 inches of ice and this was the only auger I had. However, yesterday I took it out in Munising and while cutting the plastic housing completely cracked off, and on further inspection it was held in only buy a few thin plastic "pipes". I have had nothing but bad luck with this thing and can't believe I wasted so much money on it. I'm trying to request a replacement or refund of the motorhead through Eskimo, and if they can't help me anymore I'll be furious. In summary, this thing is made of cheap plastic and your better off with another auger.
