The positives: For $9, it's pretty good. Looks nice, functional.The negatives (but these are LIGHT negatives considering the price): It's VERY small, tiny in fact. The lock combination cannot be changed. It's decorative, not a truly functional lock that could keep even a child from getting at what they wanted.Overall - again, for $9 it's great - but don't expect more than what I say above.

Neat, but not as functional as I'd hoped.
I bought these to use with my escape rooms. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't change the code, but pretty sure I didn't read the description well enough. The reason I gave it 4 stars though is it isn't easy to determine at a glance where to line up the combination, and you have to be very careful how you line it up or it sticks. Also. each ring has different symbols, so for puzzle purposes, the order that you input symbols will be obvious, even if you intended to have them figure it out.

It was okay but my cousin actually couldn't get it to work so it looks cool but not quite as functional as I thought it would be.

It’s cute and works nicely. My 8 year old son loves it. I sent a message to the seller on Christmas Day because we didn’t have the combination for the lock, and she wrote back within 2 hours. Lovely service.

Worth buying this item
This product is a padlock but can also use as a keychain. I gave this to my son and he is already using it as a keychain in his bag. He take it with hime everyday when he go to school and he told me he really like it. He really like the magical theme and style of the product that is why i really ordered this item. My son told me to order another one so he can put in his other bag. He told me he really likes it. So happy i bought it for him

Unique and Cool Looking
great gift, smaller than I thought so I should have bought 2-3 but anyone into vikings or vintage, old world antiquity will love this! It can really be used as a padlock!

Perfect for our scavenger hunt!
This was perfect for our Halloween party scavenger hunt!. We tied copies of the rune symbols to keys and hid clues. Kids from 8-12 were able to unlock the key a get a prize. Highly recommend

Exactly what I was after, but...
... a bit too 'wobbly'.The wheels/blocks are a bit loose and you can't neatly align the chosen symbols.Intended to use this as part of an escape game, but knowing how players can easily get frustrated or confused when they are under time pressure, this won't make the cut. Could picture the players finding the correct sequence of symbols to open the lock, but thinking they got it wrong because the lock is a bit too fiddly.Shame, it would have been perfect with a better built quality.
