Kung Fu Dunk

I've seen this movie 6 or 7 times. Fun, awesome action, over the top effects, touching story. I've never shown it to someone who didn't love it. Watch it in Chinese if you can handle the subtitles but English is okay, too. Cannot recommend it enough!with this version, however, my only problem with it is that it didn't include the Cantonese version. We have cantonese in our house and it would be much better in Cantonese--but It is fun--none the less.Some of the action may be too much for young kids, but if they like action movies, it's definitely worth watching.

Wow!!this had great humorous story and 🏀 basketball.many of the players were real.or had played.you don't see this many Asians playing in the USA on a team-so it's a real treat.its not dubbed-just subtitles.but it's worth watching!

I absolutely love this movie and am thankful that I was able to find it on amazon at an affordable price, other online stores had a pretty sizeable price tag attached.

the action was top notch,with lots of suprises thrown in. Nice to see future bright in new action andmartial arts still top quality.

If you're looking for a bad B movie to check out with horrible writing this is a nice piece. It's fun to laugh over with some friends and drinks.

Struck me as funny, not your average kung fu movie.

I think this is pretty light in entertainment value. [Much better is Fishing Luck, of similar vintage.] The problem with Kung Fu Dunk is that there really isn't any intelligible story, and ridiculous liberties are taken with the rules and game of basketball. I'd skip it.

I like Jay Chou very much, both as an actor and director. And the film "Kung Fu Dunk was quite good". So I am completely satisfied!

4-and-a-half star DVD, storyline a bit flat at the end. Lead actor is fantastic, couldn't get enough of his style!

i got that movie thinking it would be something like shaolin soccer or kung fu hustle - well, it's not exactly that kind of a movie... the fighting scenes are not that exciting, the plot is very bad... it's not something like previous stephen chow movies i've seen - and for a good reason - it's not a stephen chow movie... i need to mention that i'm really a fan of the asian cinema, but having said that, this one was rather disappointing... personally i'm not judging movies in 10 or 100 points scale, usually i ask myself a question 'do i want to watch it again sometime?' - a decent movie gets 'yes' - sadly this one gets 'not really'...
