I’m a truck driver and this headset has been great and very convenient, compared to other name brands , blue parrot / Apple or whatever over 100 these do the job for less than half the price ! I go 4 and half hours straight and charge for 30mins on lunch and do another 6 hours and lasts without a hiccup. I’ve gotten 8 hours of straight use , Pairs instantly and volume goes very loud , no complaints on mic I hardly ever have to repeat myself . The sound quality is decent , it does have a slight muffled sound if compared to a wired headset which will always be better, but for Bluetooth it’s great

I love this Bluetooth device and have found it works just as well as expensive name brands and has held up better for me. It pairs well with my phone, computer and media devices. It is very comfortable, gives me excellent quality sound, has long battery life and helps me to be more productive. I've bought five and will get more for gifts.

Overall, the bluetooth headset was pretty good. It paired with my phone on the first try. The sound quality was above average. The microphone worked great. I do like the look of the headset. I did find it not the most comfortable, but it's not terrible, or anything. I can tolerate it. I simply found it a little irritating. I suspect it works better for some people than others, I found that the actual earpiece doesn't sit flush with my ear canal. I feel like it is going to fall out (even though it hasn't yet).If I had one real complaint/suggestion, it would be the manual/quick start guide. Holy cow, was that print small! I have near 20/20 eyesight, but I struggled, even with new cheater glasses. I would offer a suggestion, that it would be nice to have a PDF available online if needed, with larger print. I would have found it useful.Other than that, I would say that overall, I am pleased with the headset and will continue to use it. I've had multiple other headsets, that didn't work or failed with my phone, so it was nice to use something that just simply worked. Thank you for a good product.

The product is ok. I use it in my office for work and it does not cancel out the noise very much. It also blinks out if I get an email or some other interruption via my computer.

This Bluetooth Headset is awesome. Lightweight and easy to use. Very comfortable and the sound quality is exceptional. There is nothing to complain about. This product is well worth the money. Comes in a nice case with 3 sizes of ear piece attachments.

Update: Feb 7, 2021: Made the mistake of ordering another one of these. (The first one would not pair with a new Google Pixel phone.) This second one has same problem of broken pairing and/or connection, but worse. This new one drops the bluetooth connection every time the phone goes to "sleep" or I turn off the headset. I've had about 20 headsets over the years and use a headset about 12 hours a day. The two instances of this headset have been the worst, by far, of any headset I've ever used, and in both cases for the same reason...loses pairing and/or connection with the phone. Never again.Looses bluetooth connection on average about once every 4 hours of use. But when it does, it's in and out every 1-2 minutes until I put it aside and switch to another headset. Each time, it plays "Out of range" even though I always have my well-charged phone about 30" away in my back pocket.I own four different bluetooth headset brands. I've owned about 12 in total. Use a headset about 8 hours a day. This is the only headset that has been this unreliable.I have begun using this headset only when listening to non-essential entertainment radio.UpdateWould not pair w new Google phone. Turns out this headset works really well. In addition to being good for phone calls, I actually discovered that it works pretty well for listening to podcasts, etc. from my phone. The battery life seems pretty reasonable (it hasn't run out on me yet and I recharge it daily), granted I'm not a heavy user. Also, don't worry about the comments saying that it is uncomfortable to wear with eyeglasses, because it is fine with glasses on. Overall, I'm glad I made the purchase and I think it is a good value for the money.

And he absolutely loves this earpiece. Against the law to hold the telephone; so it is very convenient and enables him to work in our state. Noise canceling very important when he runs into busy restaurant to pick up an order. At times he must call customer for clarification of delivery address. It is surprising how many people forget to change address from work to home or vice versa. The sound quality is very good and he has no problem understanding them. He works 8 or more hours and the battery usually lasts that long. Depends on the amount of calls he makes/receives. We have a charger in the car so that is not a problem. Overall very pleased. He lost the earpiece on a delivery and had no desire to change to another. I ordered a replacement (same model) within hours.
