AGKupel Bluetooth Headset, Wireless Earpiece Hands Free Business Earphones in-Ear Earbuds with Noise Canceling Mic for Business/Office/Driving

I really like this bluetooth. The sound is MUCH BETTER than the other ones I had. Also, try as I might, other ones almost fell out of my ear if I bent down to pick up something. Not with this one! However, I have 2 issues that prevented me from rating 5 stars. The first is... maybe there is a way to do this that I am doing wrong. But the piece that goes behind my ear, while keeping it from falling out, it is not comfortable. Actually, it is fine most of the time. I keep it in from morning til night, and after about10 hours the area behind my ear is gets pretty sore I am thinking of looking for a thin little piece of foam. Perhaps I could figure out a way to get the foam between the earpiece and my ear. In fact, that is something perhaps the manufacturer might check into adding. The 2nd thing that bothered me is not really important. Just.. strange. As with most bluetooth there is a programmed computer voice. It is fairly obvious that.the one who programmed that voice is not American. I mean.. really... "phone is hang up"?? "The connected"??I think you were looking for phrases like "phone is hung up" and "connected"when you programmed it. I think there was one more strange message, but do not recall what it is right now. Now the non-American computer voice I can live with. Not sure how long before I develop a sore behind my ear. Now THAT is a possible serious issue. If you plan to wear it only 6-8 hours a day, this will likely be great for you. Those who need longer wear during the day , may need to try something else.

I ordered the first one on 12/28 to replace my Plantronics Yoyager which was loosing battery life. After a few days my wife told me that when I answered my phone she was not able to hear me for several seconds. Then after about a week it started dropping my phone. I thought I’d try another one, so I sent it back for a new unit. This one arrived and it didn’t work right out of the box. My wife could hardly hear me and it would not stay paired even when next to the phone.I would not recommend this item. Spend the extra money on the Plantronics.

Sound quality was okay while the product lasted. It was used daily for 4 months straight and suddenly the sound is distorted and unrecognizable. Background noise is terrible. Setup was easy initially. Maybe if you weren't using this daily or as often as I was it would be an okay product. I purchased the additional warranty but it tells me I have to go through the manufacturer... which is impossible since this item is no longer available and AGKupel doesn't have a website. 3 messages to the seller with no response. Money wasted.

First off , when I got it , it was like it was used, secondly, it came broke where the usb charger goes into the device to charge it, and thirdly, it doesn’t work.

Gave this to my bF and he can’t stop talking about the noise reduction. He said his brother actually can’t hear when he flush the toilet while talking to him.Great find!! Great value

Broke in a month and the sound is not good
