This book focuses quite a bit on the runes. What is unique in this book is the way in which the runes are used. Where other books (some of them quite good by Thorsson) teach a bit more about ritual, this book delivers a variant of the hallowing or hammer signing, and instead directs the operator to become sort of a programmer of reality by manipulating a cosmic model based on order vs chaos.If you're seeking data for discovering the runes, then this book is a good addition to your library. The point here is to learn, rather than attack the author's editing or lack thereof. Unless of course your more worried about being fashionably accepted by other reviewers.
