Straight from France French Helix Pomatia Wild Burgundy Canned Escargots Snails (8 Dozens)

The size of each snail varies a bit, but they were truly delicious the way that we prepare them. Yum!

First time purchase of this item and found the escargot to be very good. I froze the extras and expect that it will be reasonably close to the flavor and texture as when originally purchased.

We always have snails Christmas eve. It's a family tradition. Even some of the kids like these snails. We cook them with butter and garlic and serve them on white bread toast...super healthy...NOT. But always delicious. We have been ordering this product for the past few years, and it is a great value for the amount of snails received. They are a decent size, good flavor and texture (if you like that kind of thing). Will buy again next year.

If ya like Escargot, get these, imported from France. I stuff mushroom caps with mine (photo) and my guests love them. Very fresh, right out of the can, and cooking them is easy. They are also great in a puff pastry shell, dripping with a scampi sauce, as well. Try them first, try them last, but try them. You a gonna like it!!

Very earthy flavor, too much for my taste. We find african snails and lucorum snails to be much milder in flavor and more delicious.. both can also be purchased as “escargot” and they take on the flavor of seasoning much better… these were not delicious🤷‍♀️

The best we ever had. Very tender and great with garlic butter and crusty baguette. Just like being in Paris.
