Koss is a great brand and these worked great for me. I think probably not for kids as they would break too easily, but for me at a desk to handle phone calls while I work remotely from home, they work just fine. Lightweight, adjustable, plug in and great cord length. I got these in a fun purple to match my desk decor. The sound quality is great and no static or buzz, but just a clear quality of sound.

I got these to replace earbuds in a small rechargeable radio I got for when I do my walking. Earbuds are not comfortable for me. These work great for me. Good sound, pretty color purple and comfy. When you utmost seek to right the right kind headphones for your music player or smartphone, it is simply much easier said than done. Personally, more headphones ere forced to add more gimmicks, which included a microphone, for talking on smartphones or adding too much souped up bass. In any regards, finding the simplest earphones/headphones has gotten to be a bigger problem with time. Thankfully, when I discovered these headphones from Koss back in 2017, I became quickly smitten. The Koss KPH7V headphones are lightweight & easy to place on your ears, & listening to music absolutely sounds great. They remind me of what the d brand Aiwa had back in the 90's & 2000's with their Portable CD Players & their headphones which were great & handled very well without those extra doodads that clutter your music experience on the go. My one biggest gripe is that when you charge your smartphone or music player, you have o take out the headphones, because if you don't while the phone charges p, your headphone speakers will not work right & on of the sides will no longer operate. Still, I absolutely recommend these headphones from Koss. They're cheap, practical & they work great for anyone that still owns a Ipod or a cassette player. I am amending my review. Below is my original review.I'm adding that now, the foamy pads come off waaaaay too easily. I'm sure they are not gonna last long. For now, they'll do. Even though you occasionally get some really good deals on Amazon, I guess this is one of those times when "you get what you pay for"I got these because they were purple. Yeah, just love the color. Was very happy to see that the plug is a right angle, as opposed to straight, as I think it will be less likely to be damaged with normal wear and tear (the reason I'm replacing old headset).I will mention that the ear pads are not as "soft" as I'd like, but, I'm hoping that they are more durable (yeah, these didn't cost much, but, a gal can hope!) After using them for a couple of days, I really don't notice the texture of the earpad, so, overall, I'm quite pleased with my purchase. I did also get the warranty, just in case they do crap out early, but, I will update this review if I have anything further to report. So far, so good!

Works great … fits well for my petite 6 year old

I recently purchase this Koss headphones for my 6 year old who needed them for school. They seem really sturdy and they sound really good but one thing that I don't really like is the cord, it feels to fragile. Last year I purchased her some really nice headphone but her teacher kept them so this year I wanted to purchase something really inexpensive but somewhat of a good quality just in case we don't get them back. Overall they are a really good headphones for the price.

I purchased these for my daughter as this specific model was required for her school. After 8 weeks they have stopped working (first only one side or the other would work, now neither do). I tried to request a replacement but apparently I am just outside of the return window. I’ll be replacing with a different brand.

great for kids school use, it's been 2 years almost and still works.
