The filtration unit I have uses this filter and I just have to say it’s a great unit that produces a tons of water. Nick the customer support specialist at 123filter.com was super helpful in sending me a new replacement filter after I had a small issue with the filter I recently received in the mail. I will continue using these products for life.

This very expensive RO Membrane does not fit, although Amazon says it does. Due to a manufacturer change, and Amazon not properly updating , you will be stuck - with no drinking water, like me. Next problem is how to get Amazon to show a receipt for something bought 4 years ago, so I can talk to the OEM about this problem.

My husband and I purchased a home last year with an existing iSpring RO system. (We love the system!) We did some research on our system and ordered new filters since we weren’t sure of the last change out date. We ordered the required iSpring MS500 RO membrane replacement though it did not fit in the existing housing. I called the customer service Ph# listed in product info and talked to Sean. I emailed Sean as requested with my issues along with photos of the unit and invoice. A New machine head and housings were delivered and the new filter fits!
