I always start by filling with hot water then putting food in after, i have put soup, lasagna, pasta, spaghetti and chopped sausages, ravioli, even chicken rice vegetables and gravy in it for the kids different school lunches. Its perfect, my son wouldn’t eat sandwiches so this flask was a god send. Also he is rough with his things and it has held its condition fairly well and still keeps the food warm from 8am until12pm when they open it. It doesn't have any funny smells and i had a lovely rusty pink for my daughter and blue for my son. Will buy new again for next year and maybe a larger size for my daughter. The capacity is perfect for them they dont need any snacks along side it.

After six weeks of struggling to find time to eat a hot meal without it going cold whilst breastfeeding my newborn baby, I realised that there was a perfectly simple solution - the common flask! However, having become disillusioned with the increasing expense yet waning quality of popular brand name flasks, I decided to seek something new. After a little browsing on Amazon, I stumbled across this attractive little flask. I was particularly struck by the addition of a silicone band for extra grip. So with a hungry baby waking up for her next feed, I quickly clicked order and carried on with my day. The flask arrived promptly and very well packaged the next day. It seemed to be very well made, strong as opposed to flimsy, and looked exactly like it did in the photos. I washed it the first chance I got, which was very straight forward, and have so far used it to keep my morning oatmeals and midday soups warm. I always preheat the flask by rinsing the inside with freshly boiled water from the kettle before adding my food, and so far have found this flask can keep a meal hot for at least five hours, and even if I have to put the lid back on for a bit while doing a diaper change or rocking my baby to sleep, the flask does a great job of keeping its contents hot. I'm really pleased with my purchase, it has saved me from the misery of congealed porridge or tepid chicken and vegetable soup. It even gave me the pleasure of eating a hot meal halfway through taking my baby for a stroll in the park as she snoozed in her pram. I am now one tired but well-fed new mama! Now I just hope I can find time to make some mac and cheese to put in this wonderful little flask in time for dinner :)

My kids have one each for school. Keep food hot all day and are great value for money. Only downside is the spoon. Could do with more of a spork design.

I like these flasks a lot. Ordered one and then two more for my mom. Well designed, it is pretty but most of all practical and handy. Keeps warmth well for a good few hours. Recommend it.

I bought this for my daughter’s lunch at college as, due to current restrictions, she’s not allowed to leave the building at lunchtime to go out and buy something, and all shared facilities like microwaves and kettles are no longer in use. She’s been taking it to college for a week now and used it for pasta and soup. So far it’s been an excellent product and, with its cute little bag, it takes up less room in her bag than sandwiches etc.. She says the food stays hot and she likes the way the spoon folds into the lid, and the whole thing is so cute and compact. I usually pour in some boiling water to rinse it and warm it beforehand (as was suggested in another review) and my daughter reports no problem with the food staying hot. It was a good buy and I’m thinking of getting one for myself once I no longer have to work from home.

Great price and lovely colour, loved the spoon feature, however even though it was hand washed the lid came apart so now need to replace it…Also not machine washable so harder to maintain than others.

I purchased for my daughter a week ago for packed lunch and not disappointed. I followed the advice in a review by another customer of filling it with warm water prior to putting in the warm food and it's perfect as food keeps warm even the left over are warm when she gets back from school. Highly recommend

Comodissima! Ci metto la zupp, il passato, la pasta o il riso e lo porto a lavoro. Tiene benissimo il caldo, sono ancora bollenti a 3/4 ore da quando metto dentro il cibo. Non ho ancora provato per il freddo, ma spero di farlo presto. È molto carino e trasportabile ovunque. Una bellissima scoperta.

Aspettative rispettate, riscaldando bene preventivamente il thermos, il cibo resta caldo per diverse ore.Bell'acquisto.

E' buono ma un po piccolo. Peccato!
