The shape of the puff and shape of the handle allows you to get some torque on the puff and really scrub even if your shoulder is banged up like mine. I feel really clean. Since it doesn't detach from the handle I can't machine wash it so I spritz it with some white vinegar and rinse and hang so I'm not growing bacteria. Really very helpful during an injury. Super soft too.

My last long handled shower sponge disintegrated after three showers, just fell apart in messy pieces. I liked that the feedback for this sponge indicted that it was sturdy and that the mesh was tightly sewn to the handle. I can report that the online feedback is correct. It is very sturdy with tightly connected soft mesh sponge material. The handle has some slanted grippers carved into it making it easy to hold even in soapy conditions. I've been using mine now for about a month and it is great. I like the turquoise color too - very pretty.

I have used Back Brushes for years.I purchased this one to test durability.Very yes Very disappointed in the Quality (super thin brush) and Especially the Price...$$$$The next day walking thru a local "Home Goods Store" I found the exact same brush.Home Goods priced this at $3.99 plus a variety of brush colors on display, not just Blue.I paid Amazon $12.99 for this brush.I'm sure they missed the actual value of this product.The old "You Get What You Paid For" does not fit this Purchase!!

I love this bath sponge; it is light years better than the one I'd been using. It is silky-soft and the handle is the perfect length for reaching my back. It is easy to rinse out, too. I haven't been using it very long so I cannot comment on its durability, but the manufacturer advises replacing it periodically. After the first time I used it, I immediately ordered another one so I'd have it on hand when needed.

This is the fifth one of these I have ordered. Up until now I was happy with this product.They have reduced the size of the mesh to Half of what it was! Why did it become so cheap and flimsy!!Now I must find a different product :-(

Some buyers remarked it seemed flimsy like the handle would break. The devise works very well. The handle is not flimsy. In order to break it, one would have to abuse it. Once lathered up, the "hoopla" or whatever it is called, I forget now is quite soft but when dry seems a little harsh. I like it very much.

Well balanced, ergonomically excellent. Cleans well.

I think it is not enough for the money.
